Since 2019, Karen N. Sims has employed her passion for helping clients achieve their dreams of homeownership as a broker and broker-salesperson with Keller Williams City Life JC Realty. In this role, she manages a team of more than 150 real estate agents, works with clients, handles her own business, and trains new agents. Mrs. Sims works with a wide variety of clients, including tenants, buyers, landlords, and sellers, and makes sure to guide them through the process. She is proud to secure the best prices and valuations for her clients, helping them to make the most of their investments and secure their futures. As an active member of the real estate industry, she maintains membership with the National Association of REALTORS and the New Jersey Association of REALTORS.
Prior to her current position with Keller Williams, Mrs. Sims gained more than 15 years of experience as a broker and salesperson with Weichert Realtors. From 1990 to 2001, she worked as an accounts receivable manager for GlaxoSmithKline. After earning her Real Estate License and graduating from New Jersey City University with a Bachelor of Science in business management in 2001, she transitioned to the real estate industry and has never looked back. For her accomplishments in the field, Mrs. Sims has been recognized with a Circle of Excellence Sales Award from the New Jersey Association of REALTORS.

Away from the office, Mrs. Sims cherishes time with her grandchildren, with whom she often plays board games. She also likes to cook, travel, and relax on vacation.
