Jyllian Clarke

Ask Jyllian Clarke why she has been so successful professionally, and she will ascribe it to her faith, her upbringing, and her constant drive to help others and succeed. Her parents taught her to be confident, never limit herself, and be unwavering in her principles and dreams. A self-described naturally curious person, Ms. Clarke pursued higher education at Shippensburg University in Pennsylvania, graduating in 1994 with a Bachelor of Science in criminal justice with a minor in English. Today, she is the chief executive officer of ISO Coaching & Consulting, LLC, which she founded in 2020 in Maryland.

Through her growing business, Ms. Clarke helps leaders and teams become anchored in their identity, empowering them to live and lead with confidence and authenticity. In 2023, Ms. Clarke created “I AM ME: 100% Validated!™” a trademarked initiative to guide others through self-discovery through workshops, individual, and group coaching.  Further, she is proud to be authoring a book “Creating Excellence: The Joy in Finding You” scheduled for pre-sales in August 2024. Her aim is to reach a wider audience and build her brand by helping others in their journey of self-discovery to increase self-awareness, confidence, and find joy in their authentic selves.

Emerging from a varied and impressive background, Ms. Clarke was the global head of security training with Amazon from 2022 to 2023, before which she worked with Amazon Web Services Inc. as an insider threat senior manager from 2020 to 2022. She began her career as a case manager for juveniles assigned to a pre-trial release program and was an adult probation officer for the City and County of Denver, Colorado, from 1995 to 1999. After garnering invaluable experience as a civil servant in the Washington, D.C., area, Ms. Clarke became a defense intelligence senior executive with the United States Department of Defense in Fort Meade, Maryland, where she spent more than 20 years.

Alongside her primary career positions, Ms. Clarke has faithfully served her community as a committee member of the Zachary Hebda Foundation for more than 25 years to end childhood cancer and previously contributed to Columbia Ravens Football Inc. as a team administrator from 2016 to 2021. In recognition of her professional and personal achievements, Ms. Clarke has received multiple accolades for her leadership, including the Outstanding Probation Member Award, and several other prestigious awards presented by the United States Government. In her personal moments, she cherishes time with her family, enjoys taking care of her dogs, and travels.
