Prior to that endeavor, she worked as a UI/UX specialist at DonorSearch, where she was responsible for refining user interfaces and improving engagement through intuitive digital experiences. Her earlier experience as a web developer and designer at Jensen/BRV Engineering combined creative problem-solving with technical implementation, while positions in graphic design and sports photography at Crossfit RSG allowed her to explore narrative-driven design in fast-paced environments. As an intern at Studio930 at Rochester Institute of Technology, she collaborated on health-related design solutions, further expanding her interdisciplinary portfolio.

Ms. Ansorge’s dedication to service and professional growth is evident in her involvement with civic and industry-related organizations.
