Since 2026, Jenny Higgins has excelled as a sales executive for the Americas Oracle team at International Business Machines Corporation, where she educates teams about Oracle technology, participates in partner calls and develops Oracle-focused strategies. Prior to joining International Business Machines Corporation, she found success as a generative AI cloud data platform sales executive at Oracle from 2020 to 2026, playing a pivotal role in advancing cloud data solutions and artificial intelligence initiatives for clients across the Americas. From 2018 to 2020, Ms. Higgins held the position of cloud technology sales executive at Oracle, where she contributed to the growth of cloud adoption among enterprise clients.
Ms. Higgins’ tenure as senior account executive at GSI from 2017 to 2018 allowed her to leverage her deep understanding of enterprise resource planning systems and client management. Between 2011 and 2017, she was active as a cloud services sales director at Oracle, where she consistently exceeded performance targets. Her previous leadership roles include vice president of sales at Titan Technology Partners LLC from 2005 to 2011, where she was instrumental in closing a landmark $50 million deal that transformed a private trucking company in New Brunswick, Texas. Ms. Higgins also played a key role in merging a PeopleSoft-focused company with an Oracle integrator, utilizing her strong professional relationships to facilitate the acquisition.
Earlier in her career, Ms. Higgins served as civilian researcher and trainer with the U.S. Army Research Institute from 1994 to 1997, a sales territory manager at Coloplast from 1999 to 2000, the director of sales at Titan Technology Partners LLC from 2000 to 2002 and as the vice president of sales at Questia Media from 2002 to 2005. She is also co-founder and vice president of Women in Technology of Tennessee (WiTT), where she advocates for increased representation and advancement of women in technology fields.
Ms. Higgins attributes much of her success to her ability to listen deeply, an approach that has enabled her to build trust with clients and colleagues alike. Throughout much of her career, she has been recognized for cultivating long-term relationships with clients, often going above and beyond to address their needs and strategic challenges. Her dedication extends beyond business transactions; she has formally mentored at least eight individuals through Oracle’s mentoring program and provided informal life coaching throughout her professional journey.
Since 2022, Ms. Higgins has been appointed as a board member for National Charity League Inc., coordinating volunteer activities and mentoring young women on leadership and service values. Moreover, her involvement with Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo spans more than two decades beginning in 2005.
Ms. Higgins has also accrued an impressive academic foundation, as she has earned a Bachelor of Science in human and organizational development from Vanderbilt University in 1993 and a Master of Science in industrial organizational psychology from George Mason University in 1996. These formative years led her to discover a passion for sales while working in alternative medicine before transitioning into information technology sales—a field where she quickly excelled despite limited prior experience.
