Widely recognized as an expert in cybersecurity and artificial intelligence (AI), Jacqueline A. Biggio has served as the senior director of U.S. public sector and large programs at Menlo Security since 2024. In this capacity, she manages partnerships with major systems integrators, expands relationships with reseller partners and develops complex partnership proposals. Ms. Biggio’s responsibilities include facilitating communication between technical teams and clients, coordinating large-scale government contract programs, and implementing internet isolation solutions. She collaborates with business partners on strategic initiatives and leverages her skills across diverse market segments.
Prior to joining Menlo Security, Ms. Biggio held the role of manager of U.S. public sector channels at Varonis for more than five years. During t8his tenure, she was instrumental in expanding the company’s presence within the public sector, building robust channel partnerships and mentoring emerging talent within the organization. Concurrently with her work as manager of U.S. public sector channels, Ms. Biggio also served as a federal channel manager at Varonis for several years. In this position, she focused on developing federal accounts and strengthening relationships with key stakeholders.
Ms. Biggio’s extensive past experience includes time as a district channel manager for Department of Defense and intelligence accounts at Commvault, channel account manager for large account resellers at Symantec (now Broadcom), technology team leader and business development security manager at GTSI Corp. (now Unicom), and field sales representative at Isilon Systems (now Dell Inc.). Her professional journey started in 1996 as the director of cybersecurity solutions at DLT Solutions (now TD Synnex Public Sector).
Throughout these appointments, Ms. Biggio has consistently set herself apart by contributing to important efforts at each company and in the industry at large. Reflecting her commitment to advancing women in science, technology, engineering and math, she founded Commvault’s Women in Tech program and served as a mentor. Similarly, she was actively involved with Symantec’s Women Action Network as a mentor.
The foundation for Ms. Biggio’s career is found in the analytical skills provided by her academic background. She earned a Bachelor of Science in food and nutrition from Radford University in 1996. Ms. Biggio attributes much of her success to influential mentors such as Mark Weber, Ned Miller, Rob Stein and Gigi Schumm who encouraged her professional growth. She also acknowledges her faith, resilience and determination — qualities shaped by overcoming challenges as a first-generation college graduate whose parents did not initially support her pursuit of higher education.
Distinguished throughout the field in a number of capacities, Ms. Biggio maintains active membership in several industry organizations. In addition to her mentorship, she has been affiliated with the Advanced Technology Academic Research Center. Ms. Biggio is particularly proud of her impact on both teams and individuals she has mentored. She is often viewed as the go-to person for solutions within her organizations.
Over the course of her professional life, Ms. Biggio has been recognized for integrity, trustworthiness and ability to foster strong relationships. She has received many accolades, including: Channel Account Manager of the Quarter from Symantec in 2011; Channel Team of the Quarter from Symantec in 2012; the Friend of Marketing Award from Symantec in 2012; the MVP Award from Commvault in 2014; MVP from Varonis in 2020; and Quota Overachiever from Varonis in 2017, 2018, 2019 and 2023.
Beyond her career, Ms. Biggio is deeply engaged with civic organizations and charitable work. She serves as the president of the Legion of Mary, overseeing more than 100 members while coordinating charitable activities like visiting the elderly, praying with families and providing home sacraments. Ms. Biggio also volunteers as a second-grade religious education teacher at St. Theresa Catholic Church and a 10th grade basketball coach for the Farmwell Station Basketball League. Her dedication extends into animal welfare through service as an animal foster parent with Forever Homes for more than 5 years.
A devoted single mother to two sons, ages 18 and 22, Ms. Biggio has always prioritized being present for her children. Even while balancing the demands of her work, she made time to attend their games and take up coaching basketball. Outside of professional pursuits, Ms. Biggio enjoys biohacking, attending cryotherapy sessions, listening to stories, welcoming new community members, playing pickleball, spending time with friends around the campfire and hosting casual business gatherings that encourage creativity. She has played tennis for the United States Tennis Association.
In the years ahead, Ms. Biggio plans to write a book about overcoming life’s challenges through faith, with ambitions of producing a film adaptation as well. While continuing her career, she aims to influence mental health legislation by collaborating with senators and high-level government officials. With a journey that exemplifies determination, leadership and continuous learning, Ms. Biggio hopes to continue inspiring others through mentorship and advocacy efforts within both professional circles and her religious community.
