Irene Moser

Irene A. Moser, PA, SRES, ABR, CSSS, FHE, FSC, VADA, is a trusted expert in real estate, dedicated to helping clients navigate life’s most significant transitions with care and compassion. Since 2017, she has excelled as a real estate professional with Century 21 Selling Paradise in Cape Coral, Florida, where she is known for her compassionate approach. She goes beyond traditional real estate services, assisting families with cleaning out homes after the passing of loved ones, arranging nursing home care, and even helping with packing, moving, and medical appointments. 

In addition to her real estate career, Ms. Moser has been an unfranchised owner with Market America since 2020. From 2013 to 2021, she owned and operated Moser & Moser Professional Services LLC, further solidifying her expertise in business operations. Her background includes serving as operations manager at Link Construction Inc. from 2013 to 2016 and office operations manager at Elias Brothers Group from 2003 to 2013. Earlier in her career, she worked as credit and collections manager at United Rentals from 1992 to 2003. Each role contributed to her expertise in luxury real estate and fine homes and estates. 

Laying an educational foundation, Ms. Moser earned an associate degree from Macomb Community College in 1983. Her dedication to continuous learning is reflected in her numerous certifications, including her notary public credential since 1989 and her seniors real estate specialist certification in 2021. Moreover, she has been an accredited buyer’s representative and VA-certified real estate agent since 2017. 

Ms. Moser also dedicates her time to community service. She has been involved with the homeless ministry at CityGate Ministry since 2013. Her contributions have earned her recognition, including the Southwest Florida Five Star Real Estate Agent Award in 2025 and the Quality Pinnacle Customer Service Award for seven consecutive years from 2018 to 2024. 

Reflecting on her path, Ms. Moser dedicated 13 years to construction, office management, administration, scheduling, and customer service, excelling behind the scenes while others took the spotlight. Realizing it was time for a change, she sought greater control over her career and earnings, leading her to real estate. Her passion for helping people and forming meaningful connections has been the driving force throughout her career. 

Ms. Moser’s most notable achievements stem from her unwavering compassion and commitment to supporting clients through some of life’s most challenging transitions. Whether assisting a first-time homebuyer in finding their dream home or guiding an elderly client during their final transition, she approaches each situation with care and understanding. For her, real estate is not just about transactions, it is about walking alongside clients as they navigate significant life changes, one family at a time. 

Ms. Moser attributes her success to her unwavering faith and the mentorship of influential figures like Chuck Kampmann and Tony Robbins. She believes that her purpose is not just to succeed professionally but to serve others and be a light in times of darkness. 

Outside of her career, Ms. Moser enjoys embroidery, animals, nature, hiking, camping, boating, and walking on the beach. Born in Detroit, she shares her life with her spouse, David Moser, and their daughter, Ashley. Looking to the future, she remains committed to helping others and continuing God’s work through her actions and service.  In advising aspiring professionals, Ms. Moser emphasizes that our gifts and talents are not for personal gain but are entrusted to us for a greater purpose. She believes that it is our responsibility to recognize and use these gifts to serve others. She shares her own experience of overcoming adversity, and, rather than allowing it to define her, she chose resilience over victimhood. She believes that while circumstances can make us feel like victims, we always have the power to rise above and use our experiences to help others
