Equipping women to lead as the visionary founder and executive director of the BRaVE Women Leadership Summit, based in Texas, Happiness Halim Mhiripiri brings a unique approach that empowers women to connect with their authentic selves, conquer self-limiting beliefs, and lead with BRaVE boldness, resilience, authenticity, vision, and emotional intelligence. Her innovative work and deep understanding of global leadership dynamics have been instrumental in helping executives navigate the complexities of today’s business world with agility and a clear field of vision. As a trailblazer, Ms. Mhiripiri is a global executive leadership coach, recently winning the 2024 CEO Today Executive Coaching Award and being named a Top 10 High Performance Keynote Speaker. Moreover, the upcoming author is writing a book about overcoming burnout.

Evolving from corporate executive to strategic advisor, Ms. Mhiripiri, possesses nearly two decades of global experience and holds certifications as an agile leadership coach; a health and life coach; an executive coach from the International Coaching Federation; an accredited executive leadership coach and career coach from the Center of Executive Coaching; an emotional intelligence practitioner via GENOS 180/360, Science of Wellbeing, Genos; a ProfileXT practitioner focused on behavior, thinking style, performance management, and career insights; and a project manager and Six Sigma Black Belt practitioner. She has repeatedly faced and defeated challenges in mostly male professional fields, defying expectations, rising from a customer service sales representative to a corporate executive in a Fortune 500 financial organization.

Central to Ms. Mhiripiri’s success has been her commitment to personal and professional growth, as well as the coaches, mentors, and advocates who invested their time and wisdom throughout her journey. Today, she coaches women in mid-level to executive roles, serving as a strategic advisor, addressing key issues including breaking the proverbial glass ceiling, achieving work-life balance, and eradicating imposter syndrome. Affectionately and respectfully called the “human leadership GPS,” by colleagues, she gives women practical strategies and tools and a sense of direction to navigate obstacles, excel in their roles, and claim their rightful place at the leadership table.

Ms. Mhiripiri has left profound and varied impacts by supporting hundreds of leaders across diverse sectors through individual executive leadership coaching, group/team coaching, leadership retreats, and speaking engagements. Her empathetic and faith-based approach creates a haven for clients to discover their strengths, overcome limitations, and unleash their full potential. She also designs and delivers leadership development programs and tailored coaching methodologies allowing leaders to build high-performance cultures that embrace diversity and achieve lasting results.

Ms. Mhiripiri, a wife and mother of three “exceptional” children, says her success is deeply rooted in the values that her mother, Violet; sister, Tania; and her Grandma Edes—women who lived with fearless boldness, resilience, and generosity—instilled in her. These guiding principles and her faith in God have driven her passion to empower leaders to lead with similar and undeniable characteristics.
