First earning a Bachelor of Science in marketing and advertising from Universidad Mexicana in 2001, Fannie Loyola embarked on her career as a foreign exchange market trainer for Banfix in Mexico.  Subsequently serving as a customer service specialist with Aeromexico, she achieved an additional Bachelor of Science in finance from the Escuela Bancaria y Comercial in 2002 and went on to join Televisa as a departmental analyst from 2002 to 2004. From 2004 to 2006, Ms. Loyola was the public relations and communications manager for the Asociacion de Colonos Santa Fe and completed further coursework in managerial skills at Universidad Mexicana.

In 2006, Ms. Loyola immigrated to the United States, where she was inspired to enter financial lending by the loan officer she worked with while purchasing her home. Achieving her license as a loan officer and mortgage loan originator, she began working with various real estate professionals and realized that the Latino market didn’t have much information on home ownership. To fill this gap, she developed videos, seminars and other materials to help educate her clients. Between 2013 and 2017, she was a mortgage loan originator for HDE Financial and the Sauk Valley Bank and completed a Master of Business Administration from Devry University in 2016. Ms. Loyola then served as a sales and branch manager for Alterra Home Loans from 2017 to 2019.

Ms. Loyola joined the Paramount Residential Mortgage Group, Inc. (PRMG) as a branch manager in 2019 and concurrently held the role of area manager for Guaranteed Rate from 2019 to 2022. In 2022, she rose within PRMG to become an area manager. Today, she specializes in helping clients in the immigration process understand the ins and outs of buying and owning a home while also managing and overseeing loans and production for three PRMG branches. As she looks toward the future, Ms. Loyola hopes to open additional offices, develop more programs, and train realtors and loan officers to better serve the Latino community.

Attributing much of her success to her desire to help others, Ms. Loyola has received numerous honors and accolades for her excellence. Named a Top Agent by the Chicago Agent magazine, she has also been recognized as a “Woman Originator” by the Scotsman’s Guide and for helping the Hispanic community. Furthermore, Ms. Loyola has been inducted into the PRMG President’s Club and maintains affiliation with the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals in order to keep abreast of new developments in her field.
