Having grown up in multiple countries — including her home country of Singapore — and able to speak six languages, Eliza Tan sets herself apart with effective communication and effortless collaboration. She currently serves as a senior partner manager at Adobe, where she joined as a partner operations manager in 2022 before receiving multiple promotions. In this capacity, Ms. Tan is responsible for building and nurturing more than 400 partnerships to achieve strategic business outcomes. Her expertise in building relationships distinguishes her within the organization, where her diverse background and ability to connect across cultures have proven invaluable in bridging gaps and fostering innovation.
Concurrently with her role at Adobe, Ms. Tan has been an adjunct professor at Asbury University since 2023. Expressing her belief in the transformative power of education and the importance of membership, she finds fulfillment in sharing industry knowledge with students and preparing them for their future careers.
Before her time at Adobe, Ms. Tan worked in information services for Olympic Broadcasting Services for two years. During this period, she had the distinction of photographing the Olympics at the age of 21, a formative experience that provided her with unique insights into global broadcasting and media production operations.
Prior to these posts, Ms. Tan refined a variety of skills throughout the media landscape, including as a postproduction manager for The Great Courses, a media content creator for Grace Snellville, a senior editor for Asian & Loud. And a social media specialist, multimedia coordinator and educational lead for Grace360 via the Grace Covenant Church. Furthermore, she found success as a marketing and communications video producer for Asbury University, a news photographer for The Asbury Collegian, a technical director and graphics supervisor for George Luce Athletics, a multimedia specialist for HashtagCity Malaysia, and social media manager for the City Discipleship Presbyterian Church in Puchong, Malaysia. During this time, she consistently demonstrated her ability to lead teams, her strong understanding of multimedia, digital strategies and educational initiatives, and her commitment to self-discovery and reflection through visual storytelling. Ms. Tan also offered her versatile services as a freelance videographer, editor, designer and photographer between 2015 and 2020.
While taking the first steps in her career, Ms. Tan simultaneously pursued an academic background to support her future. She obtained a Bachelor of Arts in media communications with a minor in international studies from Asbury University, graduating, magna cum laude, in 2020. Subsequently, Ms. Tan earned a Master of Arts in new media photojournalism from The George Washington University. Further enhancing her capabilities, she is certified in project management and digital marketing and e-commerce through Google.
Throughout her professional journey, Ms. Tan has been recognized for her achievements and contributions. A two-time recipient of the Arthur J. Ellis Endowment Fund from The George Washington University, she additionally obtained two scholarships from the International Student House of Washington, D.C.. She was likewise presented with the Silver Award at Asbury University’s Aspire Joy Photography Competition. Ms. Tan’s photography has been exhibited at the Corcoran Gallery of Art and published twice in the Photographer’s Forum Best of College and High School Photography. Recently, she was also featured as part of Sohonet’s International Women’s Day Series in 2026.
Motivated by her experiences traveling across more than 45 countries, Ms. Tan attributes her success to her openness toward spontaneity and opportunity. She has also been encouraged by her family, who instilled values of ambition, resilience and boundary-pushing that continue to inform her outlook. Ms. Tan draws inspiration from the diverse narratives she has encountered both globally and locally. She believes that meaningful insight often arises from engaging deeply with one’s community.
Long dedicated to civic advocacy, Ms. Tan has been active as co-chair of the Innovation Zone for the Hollywood Professional Association since 2025. In this capacity, she champions technological advancement within the entertainment industry. Ms. Tan is also an angel investor through her membership in The Council, an invite-only community of startup investors. As a mentor for Rise Women in Broadcast and Swissnex, she has guided emerging professionals navigating careers in broadcast media.
As she moves forward, Ms. Tain aims to further refine her storytelling abilities while forging strategic partnerships across industries in the United States. She envisions creating a documentary celebrating creatives from multicultural backgrounds by highlighting shared experiences through compelling narratives. Ultimately, Ms. Tan hopes that telling her own story will inspire others just as she has been inspired by those around her. Her journey reflects not only her individual achievements, but also the enduring influence of family legacy, cultural diversity and a steadfast commitment to honoring stories that connect us all.
