Who's Who of Professional Women

DESIREE BAY

Desiree Bay

Spending her entire career in the industry that she loved, Desiree Bay gained exceptional expertise and experience in real estate and has reaped its many rewards. She recently retired from the profession in Arizona, yet she has left open the possibility of returning to her longtime roles as a real estate investor and a real estate broker under her own corporation, Desiree Bay, LLC, licensed by RE/MAX, LLC, the nationwide company which boasts being voted the No. 1 most trusted real estate agency brand by American shoppers based on the BrandSpark American Trust Study for the years 2023, 2022, and 2019.

For her own prudent prowess throughout the years, Ms. Bay recalls her proudest professional moments as receiving the Top Salesperson Award from RE/MAX and being equally honored with the Top Producer Agent Award from Century 21 Real Estate LLC, the company with whom she started her rewarding career after completing its training coursework. Most recently while working at Desiree Bay, LLC / RE/MAX, LLC, she relished helping to make home buyers and other clients’ dreams come true by assisting them in navigating the market year-round, whether showing them new listings, presenting luxury homes, hosting open houses, informing potential customers of price reductions, or providing the option of a virtual tour, which became even more popular during the pandemic. Ms. Bay cites her lifetime crowning achievement, however, as raising her son, Trevor Irvin, on her own.

As a respected mentor to young adults seeking to enter the real estate industry and as an author, Ms. Bay is working on completing a book she plans to publish soon. Attributing her success to extensive networking and being outspoken, she pays it forward by standing by and sharing her personal motto, “Exceeding your expectations,” because she wants people to know that no matter what, they must keep moving forward and know that whatever the situation is, it will get better—advice she often had to heed herself early on after graduating high school and immediately entering the real estate arena.
