Who's Who of Professional Women

DANIELLE A. FRASER

Danielle Fraser

After working 16 years in different industries, often moving from place to place as a military spouse, Danielle A. Fraser permanently settled in Florida and found real estate — the perfect profession that has offered her flexibility, enabled her to give back to her community, and allows her to spend more time with her husband, Eugene Fraser, a now-retired U.S. Marine Corps colonel. Growing accustomed to searching for residences and developing an understanding of the home-buying process helped her prepare for her current career as the award-winning real estate adviser at Danielle Fraser, PA, Berkshire Hathaway Home Services, specializing in high-end luxury, waterfront, commercial, residential, and relocation properties.

Receiving the Realtor of the Year Award in 2022 from the St. Augustine & St. Johns County Board of Realtors, Ms. Fraser is a member of the National Association of Realtors, the St. Johns County Chamber of Commerce, and a host of additional key real estate, professional, and civic organizations. She considers her most notable achievement as mentoring others in her industry, believing that this vital practice makes her life worthwhile and is a notion she has carried over from her previous careers. Attributing her success to the support of her family, particularly her husband, Ms. Fraser believes that her perennial mindset of being open to opportunities has also been critical to achieving her goals.

Prior to launching her real estate firm in 2018, Ms. Fraser was an information technology program manager at Northrop Grumman and an assistant director of admissions at Christian Brothers University. She is a Florida realtors graduate of the Leadership Academy and a licensed real estate broker and sales agent in the state of Florida, among other industry certifications. Having a diverse and well-rounded background, Ms. Fraser is a certified project manager and holds a Bachelor of Science in pre-medical studies from Oral Roberts University. She also was licensed by the Federal Aviation Administration as a private aircraft pilot with an FAA instrument rating, and, with her husband, provides angel flight services for the community, as her husband is a cancer survivor.

In five years, Ms. Fraser hopes to write and publish books primarily for children. She plans to continue to contribute to the community in various ways, including helping with affordable housing for individuals and families in the workforce. Already active in the Leadership Academy in St. John’s County, she wants to become involved in the national organization, continue as a representative of the National Association of Realtors, and possibly become the president of the local association.
