Since 2016, she has served as the chief executive officer, founder, and international real estate agent for the eponymous Kile Realty & Associates, LLC.
Specializing in residential real estate, Ms. Kile provides comprehensive property management services, including rent collection, property maintenance and tenant relations. To wit, she is particularly well-versed in managing legal procedures that come alongside property management, such as handling evictions. She notes that her ultimate goal is to supply efficient and effective services that can alleviate the stress and responsibilities of property ownership. Furthermore, Ms. Kile continues to serve her community in collaboration with both buyers and sellers throughout Texas, overseeing active listings that she is currently managing and marketing.
Entering the real estate market in 2005, Ms. Kile began her career as an investor before delving into entrepreneurship. Notably, her firm boasts a license from the Texas Real Estate Commission and guides clients through initiating residential real estate listings and transactions in the state of Texas, as well as in Belize in Central America. She builds upon a wealth of educational credentials, including being a licensed realtor in Texas and Belize and a designated Texas residential leasing specialist. In addition, she pursued coursework at the Champions School of Real Estate, where she studied real estate law, investing, finance, marketing, and property management.
Adjacent to her professional interests, Ms. Kile is noteworthy in her community, having served as a humanitarian and civic advocate since 2012. An active member of such organizations as the Hope Haven Community Center in San Pedro, Belize, the Central Texas Food Bank, and Meals on Wheels America, she has also conducted mission work in Costa Rica and has served on a myriad of boards through the Forney Chamber of Commerce. With respect to her profession, Ms. Kile maintains active memberships with the National Association of Realtors, the Texas Association of Realtors, and the Belize National Association of Realtors.
In the coming years, Ms. Kile endeavors to advance her business offerings throughout Central America and witness the growth of her career in real estate and property management.
