Before becoming tools and automations solutions manager, Ms. Stevons worked as a project manager at Cisco Systems Inc., where she led cross-functional teams and implemented strategic digital transformation projects. As project manager for new hires, she developed onboarding programs that improved employee integration and engagement across the organization. Her earlier experience as administrative assistant III at Cisco marked a turning point in her career, as she demonstrated resilience in the face of personal health challenges caused by a genetic condition that triggers severe migraines. Supported by Cisco’s commitment to inclusivity, she adapted by utilizing specialized technology such as black screens and dictation software, enabling her to thrive in her role.
Prior to joining Cisco, Ms. Stevons held administrative and leadership roles that helped refine her organizational and communication skills. She was administrative assistant 3 at Perceptive Software (now Hyland), senior executive assistant lead at EY, administrative assistant II at Hilton, executive assistant at American Express, government affairs manager at the National Community Pharmacists Association and promotions and marketing coordinator at Anheuser-Busch Companies LLC. These experiences collectively built her foundation in business operations, client relations and process optimization, preparing her for her leadership trajectory in technology and automation.
