Becki Drum

Becki Drum began her career on the front lines of the hospitality industry, where she quickly discovered a passion for shaping human experience through purposeful training, service excellence and organizational growth. That passion has guided her through a diverse and successful career in talent development, customer experience design, and cultural transformation, spanning multiple industries and roles of increasing responsibility. 

Ms. Drum earned a Master of Arts in instructional technology from the University of Central Florida and a Bachelor of Arts in organizational communication from Winona State University. She later earned a certificate in project management from Stetson University. This academic foundation equipped her with a strong understanding of instructional design, communication strategy and operational analysis, skills she has used to drive results across several organizations 

As principal consultant and founder of Drum Strategic Solutions LLC, Ms. Drum leads engagements that inspire teams, elevate customer interactions and strengthen internal cultures. She has delivered dynamic programming to audiences as large as 5,000 and facilitated workshops with senior leaders to align vision and improve organizational outcomes. Her work has included keynote speaking at large-scale conferences and high-profile collaborations with professional sports teams to improve fan engagement. Founding her own company marked a pivotal chapter in her professional life and represents what she considers one of her most significant accomplishments. 

Before launching her consultancy, Ms. Drum held key leadership roles at Disney Institute. As delivery director, she led strategic learning initiatives across industries and provided tailored solutions for clients navigating business transformation. She also served as engagement manager, building long-term client relationships and managing cross-functional teams to deliver custom training experiences. Among her notable accomplishments was helping an automotive company improve its customer experience ranking significantly within a short period, a reflection of her ability to lead change and deliver measurable results. 

Ms. Drum also contributed to organizational development in previous roles with Wyndham Vacation Ownership, Delex Systems and Zebra Technologies. Whether designing company-wide training programs, leading evaluation efforts or managing complex project rollouts, she consistently brought structure, insight and enthusiasm to each initiative. Earlier in her career, she held multiple project development and training-related roles at The Walt Disney Company. Her experience there, spanning both corporate and operations, shaped her understanding of service culture and internal alignment, two principles that continue to guide her work. 

Outside of her professional endeavors, Ms. Drum is an active member of the Greater Orlando Organization Development Network and a lifetime member of Girl Scouts of the United States of America. She volunteers on the community event team and serves as a troop leader for Girl Scouts of Citrus Council, supporting youth leadership and engagement. Her work in the community reflects the same values she brings to her professional life, empathy, service and the belief that growth is possible for everyone. 

Throughout her career, Ms. Drum has faced setbacks, including multiple job losses, but has met each challenge with optimism and resilience. Her ability to adapt, remain focused and pursue growth opportunities has contributed to both her personal and professional success. 

Ms. Drum enjoys spending time with family, traveling and playing golf. Known for her motivating presence and collaborative spirit, she seeks to continue expanding the reach of her consulting practice while helping individuals and organizations rise to their full potential.
