Her ambitious goal is to elevate the company’s valuation to $100 million in the next 5 years. Her relentless dedication to professional excellence and her commitment to creating opportunities for women in business earned her the prestigious Women Empowerment Award from the Asian Indian Chamber of Commerce in 2023. In 2024, she was honored as a Boston Woman Leader.

Ms. Sidhu’s academic credentials are as impressive as her professional achievements. She graduated in 1997 with a bachelor’s degree in engineering and computer science from North Maharashtra University in India. Complementing her academic pursuits, she holds numerous professional certifications in recruiting, human resources, and talent acquisition. In 2014, she earned certifications in social and new media recruitment, social sourcing, diversity and inclusion, and internet recruiting through Advanced Internet Recruitment Strategies (AIRS). Additionally, AIRS awarded her a professional recruiter certification. In 2017, Ms. Sidhu completed the Associate of Career Thought Leaders program, and in 2023, she achieved certification in diversity, equity, and inclusion from Cornell University, as well as completed the Developing Executive Presence training through LinkedIn.

Beyond her leadership at OMNISTARR, Ms. Sidhu has been a compelling voice for women’s empowerment and workforce participation, frequently sharing her insights as a guest speaker at Tufts University since 2016 and the Indian Institute of Technology Association of Greater New England. Her illustrious career began as a programmer for Systems America Inc. in 1997, swiftly advancing to a team lead by 1999. She continued to ascend through various leadership roles, ultimately founding Coding People in 2003. From leading data warehouse and cloud practice hiring to heading health care segment hiring at Virtusa Corp., and finally, serving as the global head of health care and life science segment hiring, Ms. Sidhu’s journey is marked by her strategic vision and exemplary leadership.

While at Innova Solutions, Ms. Sidhu played a pivotal role in shaping the company’s brand identity, establishing it as a partner and employer of choice, and earning an invitation to the World Economic Forum. She attributes her remarkable success to the unwavering support of her parents and the steadfast encouragement of her husband.

Ms. Sidhu’s story is one of resilience and triumph. After relocating to the United States in 2005 following the closure of her businesses in India, she started anew, achieving even greater heights.
