She graduated in 1997 with a bachelor’s degree in engineering and computer science from North Maharashtra University in India. Complementing her academic pursuits, she holds numerous professional certifications in recruiting, human resources, and talent acquisition. In 2014, she earned certifications in social and new media recruitment, social sourcing, diversity and inclusion, and internet recruiting through Advanced Internet Recruitment Strategies (AIRS).
