Since 2023, Connie Louise Doyle has found success as the senior director of software engineering at Sagent M&C, LLC. In this capacity, she is responsible for maintaining the integrity and functionality of the organization’s software package, ensuring all processes are completed efficiently and on schedule, meeting service-level agreements and keeping systems updated. Her approach is characterized by her dedication to treating everyone equally and ensuring that all voices are heard. Since 2010, Ms. Doyle has also excelled as the chief encouragement officer, a position she created to support colleagues by being approachable and ensuring that gratitude is expressed meaningfully within the workplace.
From 2022 to 2023, Ms. Doyle was additionally active as director of software engineering at Sagent M&C, LLC, where she managed technical teams and contributed to the development and implementation of key software solutions. Between 2005 and 2022, she played a pivotal role in advancing technology initiatives and supported business operations at Nationstar Mortgage LLC, doing business as Mr. Cooper.
Earlier in her career, Ms. Doyle served as senior developer at Mill’s Pride from 2000 to 2003, where she applied her technical acumen to manufacturing processes. From 1996 to 2000, she worked as a senior engineer at Information Alternatives, where she also led the community-based guided learning program from 1997 to 1998. In this initiative, she mentored individuals without technical backgrounds, teaching them how to code and helping launch new careers in technology—an experience she considers among her most rewarding professional achievements. Ms. Doyle’s career began as management information systems director at New Look Fashion from 1987 to 1995.
Ms. Doyle’s academic background includes earning an associate’s degree in data processing from Kentucky Technical College in 1987. She further distinguished herself by becoming IBM certified in RPG IV in 1997—a credential that underscores her fluency in legacy programming languages such as RPG and COBOL.
Ms. Doyle’s success is rooted in a service-oriented upbringing and a personal commitment to going above and beyond for others. From an early age, she was drawn to computers and recognized the potential of technology to improve people’s work lives. Born in Inez, she draws inspiration from family influences; notably, she was named after her father’s only sister and maintains deep respect for her maternal grandmother’s impact on her life. Ms. Doyle additionally credits her mentors Brenda Mitchell, Karen Brooks, and Kelly LeMon for their guidance throughout her journey.
Ms. Doyle has been celebrated with several accolades, including the President’s Award from Information Alternatives in 1997 and the Breakfast with Jay Award from Mr. Cooper in 2017. In addition to these honors, she received the Albert Nelson Marquis Lifetime Achievement Award and was featured in Who’s Who in the World in December 2025.
