Prior to joining General Assembly, Ms. Hathaway held several key positions at Wiley University Services. She first joined that company in 2012 as director of brand management, before being promoted to senior director of student experience, vice president of marketing and finally, senior vice president and chief operations officer. In those ultimate roles, Ms. Hathaway oversaw a $200 million business unit, managing large-scale operational initiatives and playing a pivotal part in driving organizational growth and efficiency. During her time with Wiley University Services, she developed integrated campaigns that elevated the company’s market position and enhanced engagement and satisfaction across the student lifecycle.
Before working with Wiley University Services, Ms. Hathaway founded her own business, Camdan Creative Solutions, where she served as a strategist, writer and project manager from 2006 to 2013.
