As an accountant and office manager at O’Keefe Drilling, she oversees the company’s finances, manages bids and scheduling, assists with human resources functions, and directs social media initiatives. Ms. Giop’s academic foundation laid the groundwork for her professional achievements. She earned a bachelor’s degree in accounting and business management from Montana Technological University. The rigorous curriculum equipped her with critical analytical skills, financial expertise, and business management strategies that have proven invaluable in navigating the complexities of corporate accounting. She also holds a monitoring well constructor certification from the Board of Water Well Contractors, reflecting her technical proficiency and commitment to maintaining high standards within the water well industry. These credentials have enabled her to bridge financial management with operational oversight. 

Throughout her career, Ms. Giop has attributed much of her growth to the supportive environment fostered by O’Keefe Drilling’s leadership. She values the freedom and trust granted by the company’s owners, which has allowed her to develop professionally while exploring innovative approaches to business management. She is a lifetime member of the Montana Water Well Drillers Association, where she has served in several leadership capacities, including president, vice president and board member of its scholarship fund. Ms. Giop is also a member of the National Association of Women in Construction and the National Ground Water Association, including participation in Advancing Women in Groundwater Industry initiatives. She serves as a board member for the Montana Contractors Association and its Education Foundation, contributing to industry development and community education programs. Additionally, she has held leadership roles within the Montana Technological University Alumni Association and volunteers with Big Brothers Big Sisters of Butte Silver Bow and SafeSpace, further highlighting her commitment to mentorship and community service. 

In her personal life, Ms. Giop is deeply devoted to her family and finds inspiration in nurturing the growth, achievements, and well-being of her two children.
