Danielle Trueblood Hofing brings a dynamic blend of strategic insight and operational expertise to the fields of technology and business leadership. As senior delivery director at Globant, she oversees key client engagements in hospitality and travel while guiding transformation efforts for major e-commerce retailers. Her role includes leading diverse delivery teams, collaborating closely with engineers and technical specialists, and ensuring consistent alignment with client goals. Through her leadership, she promotes innovation and fosters a results-driven environment that enhances customer loyalty and supports business growth. 

Ms. Hofing earned a Bachelor of Science in business administration and management from Notre Dame de Namur University, graduating magna cum laude. Her academic training laid the foundation for a career defined by clear communication, disciplined execution and strategic thinking. She brings strong financial acumen to each project she oversees, along with the ability to engage leaders at all levels of an organization. Her background in business management has informed her approach to risk analysis, budget control and relationship building, allowing her to deliver high-impact results across complex operational landscapes. 

Prior to her current leadership role, Ms. Hofing was vice president of delivery at Globant, where she deepened her experience in account strategy and helped shape the company’s approach to client partnership. Her earlier experience as director and information technoogy (IT) strategy lead at Teradata demonstrated her capacity to lead in high-stakes environments. At Teradata, she guided digital strategy and oversaw the alignment of IT operations with core business objectives, managing projects that advanced both innovation and efficiency. 

Earlier in her career, Ms. Hofing played a central role at DXC Technology Company as principal business relationship manager. In that capacity, she cultivated trusted client relationships and led cross-functional teams to deliver complex IT solutions. She also spent several years at Hewlett Packard Enterprise Development LP, working in multiple senior roles including strategic program manager and senior account delivery manager. One of her most impactful contributions was her leadership in the high-profile separation of Hewlett-Packard into two companies. This historic corporate transition, completed in under a year, was later documented as a Harvard case study and underscored her ability to manage transformational initiatives on a global scale. 

Outside of her corporate responsibilities, Ms. Hofing remains committed to civic engagement and professional development. She has volunteered with organizations such as Habitat for Humanity and regional food banks in California and Washington. She is also a member of Toastmasters International and the Global Association of Women Leaders, Seattle Chapter. These affiliations reflect her dedication to mentorship, leadership development and community impact. 

In the future, Ms. Hofing envisions founding a consulting firm that will allow her to share her broad industry expertise with emerging leaders and growing businesses. She hopes to combine this work with travel and new cultural experiences, deepening her understanding of global business practices and community needs. At home in Washington, she enjoys the companionship of her labrador and remains actively engaged in both her local community and professional networks.
