
Hannah C. Goulian is a dynamic sales leader whose career reflects a blend of entrepreneurial drive and customer-first thinking. As the area business director of the East at Revive Regenerative, she leads sales efforts across a wide region, including the entire Eastern U.S., while striving to accomplish the company’s goal of reshaping regenerative aesthetics through innovative biologics and cutting-edge medical devices. One of the earliest hires at Revive, she has played a pivotal role in establishing its culture of empowering medical practices and elevating patient outcomes.
Ms. Goulian’s responsibilities go far beyond sales. In addition to overseeing field representatives and coaching them to achieve ambitious territory goals, she contributes cross-functionally to Revive’s long-term development. Her influence touches everything from product positioning and team development to broader strategic initiatives that support the company’s rapid expansion. As Revive continues to scale in a highly competitive and evolving market, her adaptability has been instrumental to its continued success.
Academically, Ms. Goulian holds a bachelor’s degree in communications, business administration and legal studies from Bryant University. She was named to the Dean’s List multiple times and inducted into Lambda Pi Eta, the national honor society for communication students. In her final year at Bryant, she was a Student Charge and delivered the commencement speech for the graduating class, an honor that reflected her leadership and voice within the university community. She also studied abroad at John Cabot University in Rome, Italy, an experience that broadened her global perspective and communication skills.
Ms. Goulian’s journey in the aesthetics and medical device space began with Cintas, where she first built a strong foundation in customer service and high-pressure sales environments. She went on to hold increasingly senior roles. As area sales manager at Cutera Inc., she honed her skills in strategic territory growth and client retention. She then joined Reveal Lasers North America as a regional sales director, earning national accolades including President’s Club and Rookie of the Year honors, distinctions that underscored her leadership at a young age.
What sets Ms. Goulian apart is her long-term mindset and deep sense of purpose. She is driven by the pursuit of exponential goals and meaningful impact, resulting in real solutions for her team and her clients. This is evident in her consultative approach to sales, as she believes helping clients make the right decision for their future is more important than simply closing a deal. Whether she is introducing new technology or helping a practice implement a growth strategy, she thrives on being a part of those breakthrough moments where clients feel supported, understood and inspired.
Outside of work, Ms. Goulian enjoys interior design as a creative outlet. She remains determined to maximize her growth and impact in her current role at Revive while also exploring new avenues within the company and industry.
