Jennifer E. Arzberger, PhD, has cultivated an impressive career in consultancy and coaching, specializing in leadership development and holistic wellness. Since 2011, she has served as a principal consultant, coach, and holistic health advocate at Building Brilliance, where she coaches individuals, leads training sessions, and partners with companies to drive innovation and strategic clarity using design thinking principles. Building Brilliance is a consultancy focused on leadership development, human potential, and holistic wellness. Originally rooted in education, it supported school districts and universities facing closures and enrollment challenges. Over time, the company has shifted toward helping corporations maximize employee potential and leadership effectiveness.

In 2022, after a life-altering cancer diagnosis and corporate layoff, Dr. Arzberger redefined her business to focus on holistic health and wellness for executives. She developed the 4F model, which includes focus, food, frequencies, and faith, to help leaders optimize their well-being and performance. Grounded in systems thinking, Building Brilliance empowers individuals to reshape their beliefs, actions, and leadership impact.

From 2016 to 2022, Dr. Arzberger was the champion of learning and performance at Ping Identity, where she played a key role in scaling the company and preparing it to go public. Under her leadership, the company quadrupled in size within five years, increasing its valuation from $600 million to over $2.7 billion. She established the learning and performance department, implementing onboarding, compliance training, leadership development, and talent management programs.

Prior to her work at Ping Identity, Dr. Arzberger was an executive consultant at Rodan + Fields from 2016 to 2018 and an adjunct instructor at the University of Colorado Denver from 2009 to 2017. From 2015 to 2016, she served as a senior consultant and project manager at CGI, where she developed centers of excellence focused on team development, learning, and performance in the U.S. emerging market. Her earlier roles include serving as a project manager at the Colorado Department of Higher Education from 2013 to 2015 and founding executive director of the Downtown Denver Expeditionary School from 2011 to 2012.

Dr. Arzberger also worked as an instructional coach and gifted and talented facilitator at Littleton Public Schools from 2007 to 2011, a consultant for the Colorado Writing Project during the same period, and a presenter in systems thinking and dynamic modeling from 2001 to 2011. She began her teaching career in Jefferson County Schools and the Catalina Foothills School District.

Laying a solid educational foundation, Dr. Arzberger earned a Bachelor of Arts in elementary education from the University of Arizona in 2000, a Master of Arts in teaching and teacher education from the University of Arizona in 2003, and a Master of Arts in interdisciplinary studies with an emphasis on middle-level mathematics teaching from the University of Northern Colorado in 2006. She went on to complete her doctorate in curriculum and instruction with a focus on educational administration and policy from the University of Denver in 2015.

Dr. Arzberger is also actively involved in various civic organizations. Since 2024, she has served as a safety team member at Meadowbrook Church. From 2009 to 2012, she was the executive board treasurer for the Social Networking Committee of the Colorado Association for Gifted & Talented. She also serves as a board member for Central Park United Neighbors and GlobalMindED, contributes to breast cancer awareness initiatives, and volunteers as a coach for high school and college students. Her work has been recognized in Forbes Magazine and by the state of Colorado in 2022.

Reflecting on her path, Dr. Arzberger’s journey with aggressive cancer led her to transform her health through diet and bio-behavioral practices, avoiding chemotherapy. She later recognized these same strategies as essential for leaders navigating uncertainty. Through her health journey, she explored neurolinguistic pathways and the role of frequencies in elevating well-being and fostering environments where disease cannot thrive. This understanding extends beyond personal health, contributing to success in teams and businesses operating in a bio-vibrational environment.

Dr. Arzberger has achieved several career milestones, including securing unanimous school board approval for the Downtown Denver Expeditionary School and ensuring its charter autonomy. She also co-created Colorado’s first DevOps apprenticeship program with Denis Branco, addressing a talent gap through upskilling and DEI initiatives. This program created career opportunities for individuals unable to afford college, strengthening team capabilities in a high-growth environment. As the team prepared to go public, they recognized the importance of mentorship and knowledge-sharing, reinforcing the value of investing in people. Dr. Arzberger attributes her success to her desire to serve and help others.

Outside of her professional life, Dr. Arzberger enjoys spending time with her daughter at the barn, training horses, going to the beach, reading, writing, exercising, and exploring new healthy recipes. She is currently writing two books, “Shift Happens” and “Prayer for the Arena and Life,” inspired by her daughter’s experiences in equestrian sports. Looking to the future, she plans to expand her speaking engagements, lead clinics on personal identity and emotional well-being, and serve on boards of small to mid-cap or publicly traded companies to emphasize the role of learning and leadership in business success. Dr. Arzberger is also launching an equestrian venture with her daughter, focused on breeding, training, and selling horses, as well as running family-friendly camps and confidence-building clinics for young girls.
