Jacqueline Dinwiddie has built a successful career as a financial executive and consultant, dedicating more than 25 years to strategic financial restructuring and tax optimization. Since 2003, she has played a key role at RBJ Management Group LLC, driving business growth across various industries as a C-level consultant and business partner. Her expertise includes developing comprehensive financial strategies, implementing scalable operational processes, and integrating advanced technology to enhance efficiency. In addition to her work at RBJ Management Group LLC, Ms. Dinwiddie has served as a senior project manager at Corporate Business Advisors since 2024. Since 2017, she has also been a senior project manager and senior business consultant at International Services Incorporated, and from 2022 to 2024, she worked as a business consultant specializing in project management at Fourlane. Ms. Dinwiddie garnered pivotal professional experience as the chief financial officer at Premier Industries Inc./Louisiana Oilfield Divers LLC from 2008 to 2018, where she oversaw financial operations and strategic planning.

Ms. Dinwiddie’s earlier roles include serving as corporate controller at the Aqueos Corporation from 2014 to 2017, owner and chief executive officer of Dinwiddie Baker & Adams DBA Accounting & Professional Services from 2012 to 2017, and controller at Abe’s Boat Rentals from 2013 to 2014. She also worked as a controller at Redfish Rentals Inc. from 2007 to 2008. Ms. Dinwiddie began her career as a finance controller at Epic Divers & Marine from 2003 to 2007 and as a staff accountant at Macke & Company CPAs from 1999 to 2003, before which she worked as a finance manager with Thomas Mann Design Inc.

Ms. Dinwiddie prepared for her professional pursuits at the University of Holy Cross, where she earned a Bachelor of Arts in accounting with a minor in computer science. Alongside her degree, she holds multiple professional certifications, including a QuickBooks Online certification from Buildertrend and certification as a coach from Business Made Simple, both obtained in 2024. Additionally, she has been a licensed insurance agent with the Louisiana Department of Insurance since 2014.

Committed to professional growth and industry engagement, Ms. Dinwiddie is actively involved in organizations such as Business Network International, the Chamber of Commerce, the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Business Made Simple, and the CFO Leadership Council. Reflecting on her career successes, one of her most notable achievements has been her ability to navigate complex challenges, including ransomware attacks, fraudulent bookkeeping cases, and mergers and acquisitions. Ms. Dinwiddie played a critical role in assisting small businesses in New Orleans during litigation related to the BP Horizon oil spill, helping them navigate financial complexities and secure stability.

In light of her impressive undertakings in the field, Ms. Dinwiddie was honored with the Working Together Award from Epic Divers & Premier Industries for her exceptional collaboration and teamwork. She also received a Tombstone Award for her role in facilitating successful company sales transactions and earned the $2.5 – $5 million annual sales award at International Services Incorporated for outstanding performance in managing high-value project sales. Ms. Dinwiddie attributes her success to her relentless drive and adaptability. She is known for her ability to take on new challenges, seek solutions, and continuously evolve in her field. She believes that every experience presents an opportunity for growth, allowing her to refine her communication skills, listen to both spoken and unspoken client needs, and deliver impactful results.

Beyond her professional career, Ms. Dinwiddie is deeply committed to community service and youth empowerment. Since 2025, she has served as a board member for Big Brothers Big Sisters, providing governance and strategic oversight to support youth mentorship. She previously worked as finance director at Young Aspirations Young Artists Inc., managing financial operations to support arts education and entrepreneurial training. Her dedication to mentorship also includes volunteering as a youth mentor at Café Hope and supporting Paws With A Cause.

In her personal life, Ms. Dinwiddie values spending time with family, traveling, and enjoying the companionship of animals.
