Hannah E. Diediker is a distinguished professional in business operations with more than a decade and a half of experience in the field. She currently excels as the co-owner of Simple Senior Solutions, where she specializes in managing accounting, budgeting, and financial projections. She also oversees marketing strategies and builds relationships with senior living communities in the Omaha metropolitan area, ensuring her company provides exceptional support to seniors and their families.
Prior to her current role, Ms. Diediker worked as a physical therapist assistant at Physmed from 2015 to 2018. Her career in physical therapy began at St. Francis Hospital in 2009, followed by positions at ProCare3 from 2010 to 2012 and Progress Physical Therapy from 2012 to 2015. These roles provided her with extensive experience in long-term care settings within senior living, shaping her understanding of the industry’s needs and ultimately influencing her entrepreneurial journey.
In addition, Ms. Diediker served as a staff sergeant in the U.S. Army Reserve from 2004 to 2016, achieving the rank of staff sergeant E6 at just 22. Her leadership skills were recognized when she was named Best Warrior for her battalion, a testament to her dedication and commitment during her decade-long military service.
Ms. Diediker prepared for her career by earning a bachelor’s degree in health and sports science with a focus on pre-medicine from American Military University in 2014. She also obtained a certification as a physical therapist assistant from Northeast Community College in 2008 and holds the designation of certified senior adviser. Ms. Diediker volunteers as a high school sports coach and is actively involved in civic initiatives, including Honor and Remember, a nonprofit organization that recognizes fallen American military servicemembers and their families.
Reflecting on her path, Ms. Diediker credits her success to her passion for helping others. Her background in physical therapy, particularly in long-term care, combined with her husband’s leadership in managing a senior living campus, provided them with a unique perspective that led to the successful founding of their business. She was also deeply influenced by the military’s Boots to Business program, which posed a critical question that continues to guide her entrepreneurial journey: “How can you create solutions to people’s problems?” This mindset fuels her motivation to innovate and serve her community.
Outside of her professional endeavors, Ms. Diediker enjoys home staging, interior design, working out, and playing basketball with her children, Reagan, Ayla, and Elsie. Looking to the future, she is actively exploring growth opportunities for her home staging and interior design business, with aspirations of becoming a franchisor.
