Ms. Benson’s additional credentials include being a Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) certified practitioner through the Myers & Briggs Foundation, a certified professional co-active coach (CPCC), and a neuro-linguistic programming master practitioner. Ms. Benson’s career has predominantly revolved around learning and development with significant stints in London, England, and Seattle, Washington. She has worked with various tech companies, including startups that evolved into major enterprises like Dell Technologies. Her experience at Microsoft and Amazon through a small learning boutique has been particularly enriching, allowing her to tailor learning solutions to the specific needs of a variety of organizations.
Further, Ms. Benson garnered experience as a senior learning experience designer and training consultant at Charter Communications while concurrently holding a similar role at Microsoft. Earlier in her career, she was a corporate training specialist in people and organizational effectiveness at the EMC Corporation. Ms. Benson also gained valuable experience as a learning and leadership operations coordinator at UBS Investment Bank.
