Lauded for her professional accomplishments, Daniela Mejias Cacace has more than 25 years of elite experience in finance and accounting. Since 2016, she has found success as a senior accountant and financial analyst with Aventiv Technologies, LLC, dedicated to JPay, providing services to the correctional system. Ms. Mejias Cacace oversees treasury management, fixed assets, accounts payable, revenue, inventory, and the entire accounting cycle. Further, she assists with the department’s cybersecurity needs and handles property tax for all the company’s facilities.

Ms. Mejias Cacace relishes her position with Aventiv Technologies, LLC, and views it as a career highlight with welcomed challenges and demands requiring exceptional dedication, responsibility, and trust. She looks forward to continuing to grow with the company for years to come. Initially, Ms. Mejias Cacace hoped to pursue a career in construction engineering but was placed in accounting and economics at Universidad Santa Maria in Venezuela due to limited openings in her chosen program. Despite her initial disappointment, she secured an internship at CEMEX, where she gained experience in business administration, which sparked her interest. Deciding to embrace the opportunity she was given, she went on to graduate from Broward College with an Associate of Science in accounting and business management in 2003. In 2006, Ms. Mejias Cacace completed a Bachelor of Arts and Sciences in accounting and finance with the University of Phoenix. As a certified SAP user, she completed additional accounting coursework in 2010 at Bisk, the online learning service provider that partners with top universities and corporations.

Following her experience at CEMEX, Ms. Mejias Cacace was hired as a financial analyst for Petrozuata in 1997. In 2004, she became an accountant with Unisys, and in 2009, she worked as a staff accountant and financial analyst with Optime Consulting. On an upward track, from 2010 to 2011, she was a senior staff accountant with Open English, and for the next five years, she excelled as a senior accountant with Samsung Electronics. Alongside her professional achievements, Ms. Mejias Cacace takes great pride in being the mother of two young women, for whom she has always done her best to provide a stable environment while guiding each of them into successful adulthood.

In her free time, Ms. Mejias Cacace enjoys maintaining her home, listening to soft and classical music, reading, and taking in the beauty of nature. She also loves lighting candles, drinking fine wine, and being surrounded by peace and quiet.
