Possessing more than 50 years of professional experience, Treasure A. Faircloth is an award-winning real estate professional. Specializing in residential properties, including townhouses, land, and farms, she has worked alongside her business partner, Riley Lynch, for approximately 30 years through the prestigious Allen Tate Companies in Greensboro and Winston-Salem, North Carolina. In addition to her primary duties in buying and selling residential homes, Ms. Faircloth collaborates with professional realty associations in North Carolina to remain abreast of industry developments and ensure that she and her colleagues follow industry regulations.

Impressively, Ms. Faircloth graduated from the Realtor Institute and is a certified residential specialist. In conjunction with her work in real estate, she has aided various charities throughout North Carolina, particularly organizations that support youth initiatives and her local community. Having won a myriad of accolades on local, state, and national levels, Ms. Faircloth was most recently named the North Carolina Realtor of the Year in 2023. Earlier in her career, she worked with the Johnson Lacki Company in the early 1970s and graduated from the Richard J. Reynolds Magnet School for the Visual and Performing Arts.

In a career punctuated with milestones, Ms. Faircloth is particularly proud of her experience at the helm of the North Carolina Association of REALTORS, through which she met with and served several fellow realtors across the state. She emphasizes her conviction that her affiliation with several like-minded organizations has elevated her in her profession, and her success can be attributed to the satisfaction of her clients who have entrusted their needs to her and her business partner. Married with three children and six grandchildren, she enjoys painting and watching her grandchildren play sports in her leisure time.
