Specializing in residential properties, including townhouses, land, and farms, she has worked alongside her business partner, Riley Lynch, for approximately 30 years through the prestigious Allen Tate Companies in Greensboro and Winston-Salem, North Carolina. In addition to her primary duties in buying and selling residential homes, Ms. Faircloth collaborates with professional realty associations in North Carolina to remain abreast of industry developments and ensure that she and her colleagues follow industry regulations.
Impressively, Ms. Faircloth graduated from the Realtor Institute and is a certified residential specialist. In conjunction with her work in real estate, she has aided various charities throughout North Carolina, particularly organizations that support youth initiatives and her local community.
