Teresa LoGiudice

Teresa LoGiudice is a dynamic leader in accounting and finance, bringing expertise in financial operations, project management, process improvement, and leadership development. She currently serves as the global texture and healthful solutions controller at Ingredion, ensuring the effectiveness of internal controls in North America and maintaining compliance with SEC reporting standards. 

Before assuming her current role, Ms. LoGiudice was the controller for the United States and Canada at Ingredion from 2022 to 2024, overseeing financial operations and regulatory compliance. Prior to this, she was a senior manager of accounting at ACH Food Companies Inc. from 2020 to 2022, where she successfully collaborated with management to automate processes and improve operations within six months. From 2018 to 2020, she further developed her leadership skills as a senior accounting manager at AAR. 

Earlier in her career, Ms. LoGiudice spent six years at W.W. Grainger Inc., serving as an accounting manager from 2016 to 2018 and as a senior accountant from 2012 to 2016. During this time, she participated in a mentorship program and found fulfillment in coaching colleagues, many of whom she continues to mentor today. Her background also includes roles as a senior accountant at Brunswick Corporation from 2011 to 2012, Fortune Brands from 2006 to 2011, Cray Kaiser Ltd. from 2004 to 2006, and PepsiAmericas Inc. from 2003 to 2004. She also gained experience as a senior accountant at American Express from 1999 to 2003 and began her career as a payroll clerk at Watlow Electric Manufacturing Company in 1998. 

Laying a solid educational foundation, Ms. LoGiudice earned a Bachelor of Science in accounting from Northern Illinois University in 1998 and is a certified public accountant through the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation, and the Illinois Board of Examiners. 

Reflecting on her path, Ms. LoGiudice considers one of her most significant achievements to be gaining experience across multiple regions, allowing her to develop a well-rounded career. Earning her CPA later in her career while balancing full-time work was a rewarding challenge. She also takes great pride in mentorship, guiding colleagues in their career growth and helping them identify and bridge experience gaps. At ACH Food Companies Inc., she successfully led process improvements, working with leadership to automate inefficient systems and enhance team performance. 

Ms. LoGiudice attributes her success to hard work, curiosity, and a commitment to lifelong learning. She values continuous improvement, actively seeking new challenges and expanding her expertise. Encouraged by her parents from a young age, she firmly believes that dedication and perseverance lead to success. 

Beyond her professional endeavors, Ms. LoGiudice is actively involved in civic organizations, volunteering with Ladder Up in Chicago for tax preparation assistance and supporting Habitat for Humanity. She is also a dedicated choir member at her church and participates in pet rescue efforts focused on fostering and rehoming dogs. 

In her personal time, Ms. LoGiudice enjoys woodworking, refinishing furniture, and remodeling projects. Looking to the future, she aspires to advance into a corporate controller or chief financial officer position while continuing to enhance her finance skills through new projects and initiatives. Moreover, her commitment to lifelong learning remains a driving force in her professional and personal development.
