Under her guidance, the Illinois sales office has experienced remarkable expansion and is preparing to move into a larger facility—a move that reflects the operational excellence she has fostered.
Ms. Yang’s leadership is rooted in a rich educational background that bridges business, marketing and the arts. She holds a Master of Business Administration from Korea University. At KLT, she was a business development manager, using her skills to expand market presence and identify new growth opportunities. Her experience in fashion marketing includes her role as a marketing communication assistant at Givenchy, where she supported high-impact brand campaigns and communications strategies.
Earlier in her career, she worked as a showroom coordinator at ZARA SA, where she managed logistics and elevated client experiences in the showroom environment. She also was a public relations assistant for luxury fashion brands such as Coach and Chanel. These roles sharpened her ability to manage brand narratives and foster meaningful connections with stakeholders.
Ms. Yang’s professional journey began with a series of internships that laid a strong foundation in both media and fashion. These included positions at KCD Inc., Christian Dior Couture, the New York Post, Topman Topshop, The Row LLC/Dualstar Entertainment Group and Handsome Brand. Each opportunity offered a unique perspective on brand management, editorial planning and consumer engagement, equipping her with a well-rounded approach to leadership and innovation.
In addition to her corporate accomplishments, Ms. Yang remains committed to community engagement. She has volunteered with MADE Fashion Week at Milk Studios and served as a fashion show helper for Eyesight Fashion & Luxury. These experiences reflect her continued support of creative industries and her desire to uplift others within the field.
Outside of work, Ms. Yang enjoys playing the violin, as well as participating in golf and pickleball. These activities provide a well-rounded balance to her high-paced professional life and speak to her disciplined yet expressive nature.
With an eye toward the future, Ms. Yang aims to help Pulsarlube USA reach $20 million in sales while continuing to expand the team and relocate to meet the company’s evolving needs. She credits much of her success to the early influence of her father and the time spent learning in the family business. His example instilled in her a relentless work ethic and a vision for excellence that continues to drive her forward.
