These roles allowed her to make an impact on athletes at regional and national levels.
Before entrepreneurship, Ms. Gray worked in financial services, where she managed client relationships, streamlined processes and mentored colleagues. Those roles sharpened her strategic thinking and operational skills, which she later applied to building and scaling Gray Fit into a sustainable, community-oriented enterprise.
Ms. Gray maintains professional credentials through the National Academy of Sports Medicine as a certified personal trainer and fitness nutrition specialist. She is also a licensed massage therapist and certified medical assistant, qualifications that enable her to support comprehensive recovery and wellness.
