Ms. Humphrey’s academic background established the foundation for her career. She earned a Bachelor of Science in human resources management from LaCrosse University, equipping her with the skills to navigate the complexities of employee engagement and organizational development. Her time in college was also shaped by formative experiences outside the classroom. While balancing multiple jobs in the restaurant industry, she developed resilience and adaptability. A chance meeting with a vice president of a local bank introduced her to client management, ultimately steering her toward a career in human resources. Although she began her studies in psychology with plans to become a psychiatrist, her passion for working with people grew stronger through early roles such as supporting children in a daycare center. This path eventually led her to AT&T, launching her career in human resources.
Ms. Humphrey’s professional journey reflects a steady progression of leadership roles that highlight her expertise and adaptability. Before joining AAA Mountain West Group, she was the regional assistant vice president of human resources at Zwicker & Associates, PC, where she provided strategic oversight for multiple regions. She also held the position of regional human resources director at the same company, where she focused on employee engagement, policy implementation and talent management. Her leadership extended to the healthcare sector as regional human resources director at Rapid Recovery Center from Mainstreet Health, where she shaped strategies for recruitment, retention and staff training across facilities.
Earlier in her career, Ms. Humphrey advanced her expertise in human resources through diverse positions. At ServiceMaster, she managed multi-site teams as field regional human resources manager, concentrating on workplace culture and operational improvements. Her tenure at CVS Health included roles as senior advisor of human resources business partnering and senior advisor of human resources supporting Medicare and developing programs to enhance workforce performance. At BAE Systems, she worked as multi-site human resources manager, supporting organizational change and overseeing HR functions across locations. She also gained critical experience at Aon as a benefit analyst, which deepened her understanding of benefits administration.
Throughout her life, Ms. Humphrey has been recognized for her ability to mentor others and for her skill in fostering dialogue that strengthens teams. She is an active member of the Society for Human Resource Management, reflecting her commitment to professional growth and industry engagement.
