Lumena Litts

Recognized for her expertise in warranty claims processing and reimbursement services, Lumena Litts has built a distinguished career in the automotive industry. Since 2015, she has served as the president and owner of QB Business Solutions, where she oversees daily operations with a team of about 30 employees. In this role, Ms. Litts assists new car dealerships in the parts and service division across retail, warranty and analytics segments. Her responsibilities include consulting with dealerships to understand their goals, coaching technicians and dealership staff on proper documentation to avoid charge-backs, analyzing dealership performance data, identifying operational gaps and creating actionable improvement plans tailored to each client’s needs.

Ms. Litts considers having the courage to start her own company independently as her most notable achievement. She has earned the trust of dealers by establishing a reputation grounded in delivering clear, measurable results and takes pride in helping clients transform their operations into successful ventures. Under Ms. Litts’ leadership, QB Business Solutions has become known for its unique approach to fixed operations performance improvement through three core services: warranty rate reimbursement that aligns with true retail rates; warranty claim submission focused on accuracy and audit readiness; and advanced analytics for real-time performance monitoring. The business is additionally set apart in a competitive field through a policy of not charging clients up front, as she believes payment should come only after trust has been earned and results delivered.

Prior to founding QB Business Solutions, Ms. Litts was the fixed operations director at Vero Beach Chrysler, Jeep and Dodge for more than 20 years. During this period, she developed her skills in managing service and parts departments while navigating the challenges of a rapidly evolving industry. Ms. Litts’ tenure at this dealership was marked by an ability to pilot new initiatives and foster collaborative teams focused on customer satisfaction. She held this position from 1992 to 2014.

Beginning her professional journey in 1976, Ms. Litts took an unexpected job interview that led to a position as a file clerk and cashier at a dealership. She discovered a passion for the automotive business and steadily advanced by teaching herself every aspect of service and parts operations. Ms. Litts took every opportunity to learn and grow that she was given, including talking to technicians, studying manufacturer manuals and volunteering for new programs. By the late 1980s, she had progressed from warranty administration to service adviser, assistant manager and, ultimately, service manager, overcoming significant challenges as a woman in a male-dominated field while gaining recognition for strong performance and collaborative leadership.

Throughout her career, Ms. Litts has demonstrated a commitment to lifelong learning through manufacturer training programs, participation in performance groups and completion of a yearlong program focused on marketing, customer satisfaction and return on investment. Her professional credentials include FCA diamond and certification from Applied Transportation Concepts and Ahmed H. Hajjan Trading and Contracting Est. Ms. Litts further engages with industry developments through membership in the Florida Automobile Dealers Association. Her dedication has led to recognition among peers, dealers and manufacturers for her willingness to pilot new initiatives and share knowledge.

Noted for her accomplishments in the field, Ms. Litts has been recognized through numerous accolades. Among other industry honors, she has received the FCA Excellence Award and the 20 Group NCM Dealer Fixed Operation Award. Ms. Litts was honored as a keynote student speaker for a large Chrysler organization representing 12 regions. For this event, she gave a presentation to thousands of attendees about the express lane programs that she piloted — an experience she views as especially meaningful.

Ms. Litts attributes her success across 50 years to tenacity, constant reading and learning, and determination to always improve and try her hardest regardless of challenges or discouragement. She intends to maintain that attitude moving forward, with a specific focus on speaking at meetings and sharing her expertise within the industry. Building on a strong legacy, Ms. Litts plans to continue helping deliver positive results to dealers. Her ongoing goal is for QB Business Solutions to become the go-to- source for fixed operations solutions across car dealerships nationwide.
