After working as a fashion envoy for Mollie Parnis, Wayne Clark and Norma Walters during the late 1970s and mid-1980s, Katie Becker McLoughlin decided to start a family and pursue a career that did not require as much as necessary travel. Inspired by her friend, a real estate company owner, and her father, a commercial broker, she was motivated to become a real estate agent. Between 1993 and 2005, Ms. McLoughlin gained valuable expertise in the field as an associate broker for Burbank Whittemore.
Since 2007, Ms. McLoughlin has excelled as a real estate broker for Houlihan Lawrence, with which she concentrates on the Southern Sound Shore communities of Larchmont, New Rochelle, Mamaroneck and Rye Neck, New York. An expert in market analysis and negotiating, she is able to consistently out-perform the rest of the market. During this time, she also provided her considerable expertise to the First Fidelity Realty Group as the vice president from 2008 until 2012. During her spare time, Ms. McLoughlin contributed to her community through the Westchester Jewish Center.

An expert in her field, Ms. McLoughlin obtained a Bachelor of Arts in psychology and sociology from Oglethorpe University in Atlanta, and a Bachelor of Arts in art history from Stephens College in Columbia, Missouri. In light of her outstanding body of work, she was presented with a Platinum Sales Award through Houlihan Lawrence. Over the years, she has also been honored among the Top 50 in Westchester County, the Top .05% Nationally, as a Top Producing Agent and a 5-Star Real Estate Agent in Westchester, New York.
Ms. McLoughin attributes her success to hard work and perseverance. She listened to the lessons that her father always taught her. Looking toward the future, Ms. McLoughlin intends to experience the continued growth and success of her career.
