Kathi Constanzo

A distinguished real estate professional, Kathi Constanzo has excelled as a realtor turned commercial real estate broker for Coldwell Banker Commercial Realty since 2018. Lauded for her accomplishments, she has been recognized as the Top Team in California and among the Top Seven Female Brokers Worldwide by Coldwell Banker Commercial Realty. She has also received the company’s Circle of Distinction Award since 2020. Ms. Constanzo’s achievements have earned her widespread recognition, including speaking engagements at the University of Southern California, a Star News Group newspaper feature, and invitations to present at multiple conferences.

Earlier in her career, Ms. Constanzo worked as a real estate consultant for DHA from 2016 to 2018. Previously in the legal realm for decades, she worked within the intellectual property litigation department for WilmerHale from 2010 to 2016 and within the risk management advisory division for Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe LLP in 2005. She had been with Munger, Tolles & Olson LLP from 2002 to 2005 and Latham & Watkins from 1996 to 1999, having also worked within the entertainment and hospitality division of Arthur Andersen & Co. from 1994 to 1996. Lending her expertise to her entrepreneurial spirit, Ms. Constanzo was a property manager of the Japanese Village Plaza from 1992 to 1994. She has also been a co-owner of Twin Palms Resort, Big Daddy’s Bar & Grill and Premier Jewelry Mart, as well as a gymnastics and swimming coach, receptionist and executive assistant.

In addition to her primary endeavors, Ms. Constanzo lived in Jamaica for four years, during which time she created the Children’s Educational Foundation. The organization grew to become one of the largest foundations in the history of Jamaica, and she was able to help thousands of children receive educational tools, which remains the highlight of her career. A volunteer within her local community, she is active with numerous charities, including the Midnight Mission, the Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center, the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, the American Red Cross, Gobble Gobble Give and City of Hope. She has served as a mentor and teacher to children in south central Los Angeles and was part of a team of women that organized the Rose Ball Event/Girls’ Night Out, a fundraising event to raise money for charitable causes.

Ms. Constanzo attributes her success to the foundation of how she was raised and her positive outlook on life. She’s grateful to her mother for encouraging her to participate in sports when she was a child, where she learned about the value of hard work and teamwork. She treats others with kindness and surrounds herself with exceptional people, particularly her mentors, who continue to influence her. To remain abreast of her industry, she maintains professional affiliation with the National Association of Realtors and the California Association of Realtors.

Ms. Constanzo holds an Associate in Arts from Pasadena City College and earned a Bachelor of Arts in communications from the University of Southern California Annenberg School for Communications in 1998. A licensed realtor and broker, she is currently pursuing a certified community association manager designation and plans to purchase her own property.
