Ms. Whitis earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with a minor in marketing from Georgia State University and completed coursework in fine and studio arts at Appalachian State University. Her academic background laid her deep understanding of human behavior and communication. She holds multiple certifications, including master trainer of trainers from EFT International, accredited certified advanced practitioner from EFT International, certified picture tapping technique practitioner, certified trauma tapping technique practitioner, certified soul link practitioner and certified coach from the Human Wisdom Project.

Ms. Whitis’s journey into holistic health began out of personal necessity when her daughter faced unexplained emotional challenges. Beyond her training programs, Ms. Whitis has been a self-employed director since 2012 and has led Communications Pro, Energy Wellness and Healing, and EFT4Results since 2010. She has hosted EFT Radio Online since 2009 and co-founded TapFest in 2008 to create a supportive community for practitioners. Her earlier career in television and film, including roles as an independent producer for Nickelodeon and Comedy Central, helped shape her ability to communicate complex ideas and foster engagement.

Ms. Whitis’ dedication extends beyond her professional work into humanitarian outreach. She founded the Spring Energy Event in 2012, fostering connection and hope within the energy healing community. She volunteers with The Stress Project and Operation: Emotional Freedom, initiatives that support veterans in overcoming emotional challenges. She also contributes to the Human Wisdom Project and the development of the HappierMe app, which aims to improve the emotional well-being of families.

Ms. Whitis has authored and co-authored several publications, including “Emotional First-Aid for Children: Compassion in Action,” “EFT Training for Mastery,” and “How to Be a Great Detective.” She also co-produced the film “Barnstorm.” As a podcast host, she shares her insights on various platforms, including BlogTalkRadio, EFT Radio, and The Tapping Solution. She takes immense pride in connecting authentically with others, using kindness and empathy to make a lasting impact. Her greatest accomplishment is raising her daughter with care and resilience.
