Earlier in her career, Ms. Grimes held the role of director of revenue cycle and patient access at PrimeCare Health Community Health Centers. There, she managed all aspects of revenue cycle operations, from patient registration to reimbursement strategy. Prior to that, she served as a corporate reimbursement documentation specialist at Aperion Care and as the corporate billing manager at Presbyterian Homes, Presbyterian Living. These roles provided her with extensive experience in managing billing operations and strengthening reimbursement systems in diverse health care settings.
Ms. Grimes’ career began with Infinity HealthCare Management, working as billing and credentialing manager. She also gained valuable entrepreneurial experience as the owner of Chicagoland Medical Billing Specialists Inc., where she built and managed a business that offered coding, billing and consulting services.
