As a senior solutions architect at OneDigital|Resourcing Edge, Jayma L. DuChene, SHRM-SCP, is a distinguished professional recognized for her extensive expertise in process improvement and workflow design. In this capacity, she has designed more than 220 workflows, focusing on process improvements and supporting all areas of the company. Her responsibilities involve maintaining a comprehensive understanding of the business processes across the organization and driving continuous performance improvements for internal stakeholders and external clients.
Ms. DuChene’s journey with OneDigital|Resourcing Edge began in 2018 when she joined the company as a senior applications specialist. She quickly advanced to become a lead corporate systems trainer in 2020 and later accepted the role of director of training and development in 2022. For her contributions, she was named Employee of the Month in 2018 and Employee of the Year in 2019. Previously, Ms. DuChene secured years of experience in human resources and business administration. She was director of operations and project manager at Delphia Consulting LLC, where she managed HRMS projects and improved operational efficiency. Earlier in her career, she excelled as a talent management systems analyst at Multi-Color Corporation in Cincinnati, Ohio, as an EDI integration analyst for Benefitfocus.com Inc., and as an HRIS analyst at PAML. Ms. DuChene began her career in 2005 as an executive assistant at DigiDeal Corporation, where she worked for three years.
In preparation for her career pursuits, Ms. DuChene earned a Bachelor of Science in organizational leadership from Wright State University in 2005, before which she completed an associate degree in business administration at Sinclair College. With a long-standing dedication to professional development, she is highly credentialed in her industry. In 2023, Ms. DuChene became a licensed ClientSpace advanced administrator with PrismHR, previously completing her certification in CRM administration with Zoho Corporation Pvt. Ltd. in 2022. In 2017, she became a senior certified professional with the Society for Human Resource Management, earning the designation of (SHRM-SCP). Ms. DuChene attributes her success in part to her mentor, Kim Kocher, who inspired her with “The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People.” She also credits her strong work ethic and moral compass to the values instilled by her parents.
Active in her professional and local communities, Ms. DuChene maintains affiliation with the Society for Human Resource Management and the Human Resources Association of Central Ohio. She has also served her community as a driver and delivery volunteer for the LifeCare Alliance, a nonprofit in-home health care provider, since 2019. Outside of working and volunteering, Ms. DuChene enjoys photography and podcasting. She is the host of “What’s In A Name?” a podcast she started in 2024. Pondering the future, she hopes to travel more, with Greece as a top destination, and continue her efforts to support and mentor burgeoning professionals.
