Ms. Ngo began her civilian career at Gomersall & Associates in Westlake, Ohio, where she advanced from administrative assistant to staff accountant and property manager between 1997 and 2005. Under the mentorship of David Gomersall, she developed a strong foundation in accounting and property management while also providing bookkeeping services to various companies.
Ms. Ngo previously served as a yeoman (E4) in the U.S. Navy from 1993 to 1997. This formative experience instilled discipline, adaptability and a sense of duty that have remained central to her professional ethos.
