Ms. Goulian’s academic background laid a strong foundation for her career. She earned a bachelor’s degree in communications, business administration and legal studies from Bryant University. While at Bryant, she made the Dean’s List multiple times and was inducted into Lambda Pi Eta, the National Communication Association’s honor society. She also completed a semester of coursework at John Cabot University in Rome, Italy. That experience expanded her understanding of global communication and culture. Her academic success reflects her commitment to excellence and her ability to balance intellectual rigor with practical application.
Ms. Goulian also holds several certifications that underscore her diverse skill set. She earned her pilot’s license through Executive Flyers Aviation and is certified as a personal trainer by the American Council on Exercise. She has completed training in adult and pediatric first aid, cardiopulmonary resuscitation and automated external defibrillator through both Red Cross Blood Services and the American Health Care Academy.
Ms. Goulian’s accomplishments have earned her multiple honors, including the Dynamic Women award from Modern Luxury DC and repeated recognition through President’s Club awards. She also has a passion for interior design, which serves as a creative outlet and personal inspiration. Her tireless work ethic, entrepreneurial mindset and dedication to service continue to drive her success and make her a standout leader in the industry.
Before joining Advalight, Ms. Goulian worked as regional sales director at Reveal Lasers North America. She gained national recognition for her performance and was named to the president’s club. She also received the Rookie of the Year award, a testament to her rapid impact and leadership in a highly competitive industry. Her achievements are especially notable given her distinction as one of the youngest female leaders in her field, paving the path for other rising professionals.
Prior to her role at Reveal Lasers, Ms. Goulian was an area sales manager at Cutera Inc. She strengthened her skills in strategic territory management and client acquisition. She also worked as a territory manager at BTL Industries, successfully introducing innovative technologies to new markets. Her professional path began at Cintas as a sales representative. These early roles sharpened her customer service instincts and taught her how to thrive under pressure—lessons that continue to inform her approach to leadership and collaboration.
Civic engagement is an essential part of Ms. Goulian’s life. She has volunteered as a tutor for elementary school students at Coleman Elementary School and has participated in service initiatives with Mission of Hope. Looking ahead, she plans to launch a professional support initiative aimed at helping providers and business owners navigate the aesthetic and medical device landscape with confidence and clarity.
