Ms. Magné’s professional journey began in Okinawa, Japan, working as a civil servant with the United States Marine Corps. That early experience introduced her to the mechanisms of military procurement and set the stage for her long-term interest in acquisition strategy. Upon returning to the United States, she joined Science Applications International Corporation, spending more than two decades refining her skills and advancing to director of subcontracts. In that role, she managed large-scale operations and implemented systems that improved efficiency across departments.
As her career progressed, Ms. Magné’s leadership experience continued to expand at BAE Systems Information Technology, where she played a key role in launching a new subcontracts department. She was later a senior contracts manager at Dynamics Research Corporation, adding structure to complex contracting functions. At G&B Solutions Inc., she reported directly to the chief executive officer as director of contracts and subcontracts. Her leadership during this time improved compliance, communication, and internal coordination.
In subsequent roles, Ms. Magné brought her expertise to senior-level positions, including senior director of contracts at Vencore Services and Solutions and senior vice president of contracts and procurement at Amentum. Most recently, she was executive director of contracts for Intel at ManTech International Corporation, overseeing compliance, process improvement, and high-value negotiations.
Beyond her professional life, Ms. Magné contributes to her community through civic and charitable involvement. She is also an experienced flutist and is considering teaching art locally to give back to others through creativity and education.
