Crystal Bell

Crystal Ivy Bell, MBA, MA, has established a distinguished career in business and project management, dedicating over a decade and a half to the field. She currently excels as the president of enterprise solutions at i3 Verticals LLC, where she has been instrumental in leading the NFR solutions team and managing the full profit and loss for enterprise solutions and payment operations. Her role involves meeting with customers, coaching team members, collaborating with executives to shape the company’s strategic direction, reviewing sales contracts, and supporting escalations related to services and software implementation. 

Ms. Bell’s experience also includes serving as executive vice president of enterprise solutions and professional services at i3 Verticals LLC in 2023. Her tenure at ImageSoft from 2015 to 2023 marked significant milestones in her career. As president from 2021 to 2023, she led the company to triple its overall EBITDA and achieve a 25% increase in revenue within two years. Previously, she served as vice president of professional services from 2020 to 2021 and director of professional services from 2018 to 2020. Her journey at ImageSoft began as a team lead in professional services from 2016 to 2018 and as a business analyst from 2015 to 2016. 

Ms. Bell’s earlier career includes roles such as technology and business manager at Cowlitz County from 2011 to 2015, where she developed expertise in budget administration, data analysis, and team leadership. She also served as marketing and development director at The Arc of Washington County from 2010 to 2011 and assistant executive director at Fine Arts Chamber from 2009 to 2010. Additionally, she laid a strong academic foundation, earning a Bachelor of Arts in choral and general music from Lakeland University and an MBA from Cox School of Business at Southern Methodist University in 2010, along with a Master of Arts in arts administration from the same institution. 

In addition, Ms. Bell co-owns Breathe Yoga + Salt, where she is also a yoga instructor. She further shares her passion for wellness as a yoga instructor at Farmington YMCA and previously served as music director and director for Touch of Class Chorale from 2010 to 2016. She attributes much of her success to the unwavering support of her husband, which has enabled her to fully pursue her ambitions. She also recognizes the former owners of ImageSoft for their trust and the numerous growth opportunities that have significantly shaped her professional development. 

Looking ahead, Ms. Bell remains committed to fostering i3 Verticals’ growth, both in product offerings and company culture, while prioritizing the well-being of her team. In her yoga studio venture, she envisions expanding services to focus on multimodal wellness, including retreats designed to address corporate burnout and support holistic well-being. In her personal life, she enjoys yoga, meditation, leadership training, and reading.
