For 25 years, Christina Rowe has continually excelled at Dassault Aviation, a dynamic France-based manufacturer of military aircraft and business jets, where she has found success as an avionics specialist since 2022. She currently works for the company’s maintenance and repair organization, known as the MRO Service Center, which encompasses an array of facilities in Reno, Nevada; Little Rock, Arkansas; St. Louis, Missouri; Melbourne, Florida; and Catarina in Brazil.
Ms. Rowe’s responsibilities include addressing inquiries from facilities when they encounter problems and troubleshooting is required. Dedicated to upholding the highest quality customer service, she responds to urgent calls and emails from customers in need of assistance, and provides in-person consultations if needed. She proactively anticipates potential conflicts and works to mitigate them, engaging with management, engineering, purchasing, and planning teams to ensure the smoothest execution of all projects. This includes the timely procurement of parts, maintaining documentation, and allocating tools for efficient operations.
With accrued expertise in falcon jet maintenance, having attended all Falcon aircraft courses, Ms. Rowe is actively involved in the making of various models, including the Falcon 50, Falcon 900, Falcon 2000, 7X, and 8X. She attributes much of this success to essential training from her technical team over many years, as well as the confidence that her supervisors, Ray Phrush and Tracy Kalbfleisch, have shown her throughout her career.
With an eye toward the military since high school, Ms. Rowe joined the Junior Reserve Officers’ Training Corps for a year before enlisting in the U.S. Air Force in 1996. She subsequently bolstered her credentials by earning a guidance and control systems certificate from a six-month program at Keesler Air Force Base in Biloxi, Missouri. Over the course of her four years in the Air Force, she served as a guidance and control technician for KC-135s, specializing in avionics, autopilot and system troubleshooting, building extensive experience and setting herself apart in the field of aerospace and aviation.
Ms. Rowe ultimately launched her career at Dassault in 2001, working as an avionics installer until 2004, at which point she became an avionics technician at the service center until 2009. She was active as a lead technician for the next three years, took on an avionics tech role from 2012 to 2017, and advanced to avionics lead from 2017 to 2022. The following year, in 2023, she traveled to Korea to assist with the first installation of the FalconEye HUD. As technical specialist, she guided the team in the processes necessary for compliance with the installation, as well as the subsequent testing and certification procedures.
Looking toward the future, Ms. Rowe strives to continue in her current role while also developing and training others—including the next generation of aviation professionals—to follow in her footsteps. A devoted wife to Michael for more than 20 years, she is a mother of two, stepmother of three, and grandmother of eight. In her spare time, she is civically engaged with the Museum of Discovery and enjoys rollerblading, reading, crocheting, dancing, and spending quality time with her family.
