As vice president of growth at Host Events, she spearheaded strategies to expand the company’s reach in a competitive marketplace, focusing on innovation and client engagement. At Vinodivino, she worked as beverage and purchasing director, where she oversaw procurement, supplier relations, and inventory control while ensuring quality standards remained high.
Ms. Bergner also served as general manager at Park-9 Dog Bar, where she managed daily operations and led a team committed to delivering exceptional service in a unique hospitality environment. Her experience as beverage director at City Winery allowed her to design wine programs, coordinate tastings, and collaborate with culinary teams to create cohesive and memorable guest experiences. Earlier roles as catering manager at NewBridge on the Charles and banquet manager at Holiday Inn gave her hands-on experience managing event logistics and client relations, skills that continue to inform her work today.
Ms. Bergner’s early career also includes significant time in restaurant management and event planning with Entertainment Cruises Inc., where she coordinated private events aboard cruise vessels and managed restaurant operations. She later oversaw front-of-house operations in a fine-dining setting at Rialto Restaurant, further refining her expertise in service delivery and guest engagement.
