She founded Fit4Me Increase the Focus Inc. in 2006 and has served as the company’s owner since then. Through this nonprofit organization, Ms. Lindsey has dedicated herself to supporting at-risk children and adults, focusing on their growth and development within the community. She distinguishes herself as a leader in the field through an optimistic outlook and vibrant personality. She finds fulfillment in connecting with people and creating an environment where everyone feels valued and supported.
In addition to the core Fit4Me organization, Ms. Lindsey founded Fit4Me Adult Daycare in 2012, an extension that she still owns today. In this capacity, she ensures the well-being of participants by monitoring their emotional states and facilitates opportunities for free play and self-expression. Ms. Lindsey oversees health and dietary intake, emphasizing overall physical wellness for those in her care. Her expertise in advocating for healthy living is evident through her daily efforts to inspire individuals to lead healthier lives.
Prior to her current roles, Ms. Lindsey contributed her talents to the U.S. Department of Defense, further expanding her experience in organizational settings with a focus on service and structure. After completing military service with the U.S. Armed Forces, she worked with Head Start. During her time in the military, Ms. Lindsey excelled in clerical training, graduating at the top of her class and earning both a letter of appreciation and a letter of commendation for her outstanding performance. These achievements reflect her dedication to excellence and her ability to thrive in challenging environments.
Ms. Lindsey’s performance in the field was born of her educational background. She obtained a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Mississippi Valley University. The knowledge gained through Ms. Lindsey’s academic pursuits has been instrumental in shaping her leadership abilities and guiding her professional endeavors. She credits much of her success to the values instilled by her family, particularly the importance of prayer and faith. Outside of her professional commitments, Ms. Lindsey is a devoted mother to four children and a loving grandmother to 10 grandchildren. In her free time, she enjoys gardening, planting flowers, cutting grass and reading.

She also hopes to attract more participants who share a passion for community enrichment.
