KIMBERLY ERCEG

A coaching expert and talent development manager with Southern Glazer’s Wine & Spirits, Kimberly Erceg has spent nearly 20 years developing her passion for helping others reach their highest potential. After briefly studying journalism, Ms. Erceg recognized that her interests lay in business and logistics, and she completed a Bachelor of Science in communications and supply chain management at the Pennsylvania State University while working her way up the ranks at Guardian Life Insurance. She began her business career in sales, starting in 2001 as a sales representative for Cardinal Health, Inc., moving to Quest Diagnostics, Inc. from 2004 until 2006.

The following year, Ms. Erceg transitioned to a corporate training role with P.F. Chang’s China Bistro, spending the next two years traveling the country training staff and management at newly-opened locations. She returned to her roots in sales in 2009, working briefly with Republic National Distributing Company before finding her home with Southern Glazer’s Wine & Spirits in 2011. Initially joining the company as a sales consultant, she was named regional training manager for the central United States and Canada in 2017. In 2020, Ms. Erceg became Southern Glazer’s talent development business partner and leadership development program manager, roles that she considers a natural outgrowth of the skills she has developed over a 20-year business career.

After extensive research, Ms. Erceg has developed and launched a new leadership development curriculum for Southern Glazer’s Wine & Spirits based on reinforcing company culture and values, building relationships based on integrity, and helping employees identify their “Y- and Z-Factors;” their unique passions, values, and business strengths. She is proud to have been presented with the company’s People Development Award for Diversity and Inclusion for her work on a new teaching tolerance program launching in September. Ms. Erceg is EQ 360 certified and is currently pursuing a coaching certification, and hopes to become an executive coach within the next five years. She credits her success to the leaders that have supported her own growth throughout her professional journey, and considers the most fulfilling part of her work to be helping others reach their own goals. When not working, Ms. Erceg enjoys spending time with her 6-year-old son, and is a supporter of the Boy Scouts of America.
