Having accrued more than 40 years of inimitable expertise in the pharmaceutical industry, Charlotte E. Sibley avidly maintains a number of high profile executive positions throughout the field. To name a few, she served as the vice president of Pharmacia between 1999 and 2003, the president of Fortecho Solutions Ltd. from 1998 to 1999, the senior director of the Bristol-Meyer-Squibb Corporation from 1987 to 1988, a research director on behalf of the Medical Economics Company, Inc., from 1984 to 1987, and a market research manager for both Johnson and Johnson from 1980 to 1984 and the Lipton Company between 1978 and 1980, among other positions. Ms. Sibley initially began her career as a market research manager for Pfizer from 1970 to 1973.

Related to her career endeavors, Ms. Sibley has contributed considerably to nonprofit organizations pertinent to her field. She initially provided her wealth of knowledge as the vice president of research on behalf of the Healthcare Businesswomen’s Association from 1991 to 1994, after which she became the president from 1994 to 1995. She remains a member of Market Research Institute International, having garnered a lauded reputation as a past president of the organization in 2013. Prior to embarking upon her professional journey, Ms. Sibley pursued a formal education at Middlebury College, from which she earned a Bachelor of Arts in 1968. She subsequently graduated from the University of Chicago with a Master of Business Administration in 1970. She initially became involved in her profession due to a lifelong fascination with science.

Since entering the field of pharmaceutical marketing, Ms. Sibley has obtained a bounty of accolades from various organizations, with which she has been involved. Most recently, she was presented with an Alumni Achievement Award from her alma mater, Middlebury College, in 2018, and has been inducted to the Natick High School Wall of Achievement in 2015. Previously, Ms. Sibley was recognized by the Healthcare Businesswomen’s Association as the Woman of the Year in 2008, by PharmaVoice among the 100 Most Inspiring People in Life Sciences in 2006, and with a Lifetime Achievement Award from the Pharmaceutical Business Intelligence and Research Group in 2003.
