An accomplished media producer with more than a decade of experience to her credit, Aisha Corpas Wynn has excelled as the executive producer of A Wynn Wynn Production, LLC since 2015. An accredited media company that provides innovative content, they service the entertainment landscape in regards to storytelling, production, brand development, event logistics and multi-platform strategic planning. Since founding the company, Ms. Wynn has obtained a range of impressive clientele and partnerships, including Lionsgate, eOne, 44 Blue Productions and CBS Studios. A Wynn Wynn Production is also renowned as the company behind HBO’s “After the Thrones” program.
In 2017, Ms. Wynn flourished as the digital producer for Disney ABC Television Group, a producer for Scripps Networks Interactive and a senior digital producer for Kin Community. Prior to founding her production company, she gained valuable expertise in the field as the head of production for Four Henrys Productions and a co-executive producer at VH1. Likewise, Ms. Wynn has worked in various roles for OWN: The Oprah Winfrey Network and as a casting producer for Lifetime Television.
Ms. Wynn notably began her career with such companies as Robyn Nash Productions, CBS Television Studios and New Line Cinema LLC. Over the years, she has created and produced eight original unscripted shows that have been sold to cable networks. Moreover, Ms. Wynn has provided her versatile skills to the productions of more than 20 programs, including “American Grit,” “Curvy Style” and “Flipping Vegas,” which have aired on broadcast, cable and digital networks.
Before entering the field, Ms. Wynn earned a Bachelor of Arts in film from the University of California Santa Barbara. She retains her professional alignment with the Television Academy and Black Women Animate. Devoted to her community, Ms. Wynn contributes to those in need through Habitat for Humanity International, SOS Children’s Villages, After School Allstars and the Youth Business Alliance.
Backed by her extensive business acumen and professional experiences, Ms. Wynn co-founded the ITK Hollywood Summit, which is attended by more than 100 industry professionals, including speakers from NBC, ABC and Discovery. Additionally, she was honored to serve as a speaker at the Walter Kaitz’s Hollywood Creative Forum, New Line Cinema Diversity in Arts, and the Academy of Television Arts and Science. Looking toward the future, she aims to obtain more of a leadership role in the entertainment and digital content field. Rather than seeking out credit as an executive producer, Ms. Wynn aims to take part in projects that change the world.
Ms. Wynn attributes her success to her drive, belief and faith, and especially to being young, female and diverse. At first, she didn’t even realize that she was going into an industry that is predominantly male and not diverse. What really helped her was believing in herself and that her mentors are willing to help her. She is a strong believer in people have mentors and being a mentor to others. Ms. Wynn aspires to produce and create hit shows of her own. A lot of her shows have been other people’s shows, so she would love to be the person that has really brought on an amazing, award-winning hit show to the public.
