Her approach is rooted in the belief that harnessing one’s inner will can lead to significant personal and professional transformation. Ms. Kohn’s work with Masterful Streaks Inc. has been featured in the DataBird Business Journal, highlighting her influence as a thought leader in business strategy and personal development.

From 2023 to 2025, Ms. Kohn served as a mental health clinician at Alley Valley. In this post, she provided clinical support while further developing her expertise in therapeutic interventions and client-centered care. Her experience during this time deepened her understanding of how individual motivation can drive meaningful change.

Between 1999 and 2024, Ms. Kohn contributed to local schools in Monsey as a general education teacher and math specialist. Her educational philosophy emphasized fostering curiosity and self-improvement over rote knowledge transfer.

From 2018 to 2021, Ms. Kohn worked as head lifeguard and facilities manager at Central UTA in Monsey. During her tenure, she managed aquatic safety across multiple pools and a lake, leading efforts that reduced the drowning rate from 40 incidents to zero over three summers. She also played a critical role in encouraging staff training in lifesaving techniques, directly contributing to improved safety outcomes.

Throughout her career, Ms. Kohn has demonstrated an ability to turn around struggling businesses and launch impactful programs. One notable achievement involved guiding a business to surpass $2 million in its first year while maintaining a 15 percent net profit margin. She has also developed after-school programs that have made lasting differences in participants’ lives and piloted educational initiatives that succeeded despite limited resources.

Moreover, Ms. Kohn established Business Lioness Rosh Chodesh Events in 2022, a women’s business networking group that fosters open dialogue and mutual support among its members at monthly gatherings. As a member of the Ramapo AquaMasters Synchronized Swimming Team, she values teamwork and discipline, qualities that inform her approach to leadership and coaching. The lessons imparted by her grandmother—to always give her best effort—and by her father—to never regret decisions once made—have deeply influenced Ms. Kohn’s approach to both life and work. These principles have instilled resilience and determination throughout her journey. Business has been an intrinsic part of her life from an early age, shaped by family stories of entrepreneurial success before World War II and reinforced by her own instinctive gravitation toward helping others build fulfilling lives through business ventures. Family remains central to Ms. Kohn’s life, and she draws inspiration from both her heritage and her experiences raising her family within a devout Hasidic community shaped by Holocaust survivor grandparents on both sides.

Notably, Ms. Kohn contributed as a panelist at the CXO 2.0 Conference in Las Vegas in 2026 on “Redefining The C-Suite: Encouraging Female Leadership In Senior Roles,” further establishing her reputation as an advocate for women’s advancement in business leadership. In the previous year, she received the Business Leadership Excellence Award at the International CXO 2.0 Conference in Las Vegas. Additionally, Ms. Kohn was selected as one of six women honored for advancing female leadership into executive roles.

Looking toward the future, Ms. Kohn intends to expand her impact as a nationwide business strategist while authoring books such as “Invisible Power,” which will explore how subtle yet profound influence can drive transformation for individuals seeking growth or change. She envisions taking the stage to teach others what she has learned about harnessing invisible strengths for success across business and life domains. For those entering similar fields or aspiring to serve others meaningfully, she emphasizes the necessity of acquiring specific skills through dedication rather than shortcuts or conventional paths alone. Ms. Kohn’s vision includes opening an innovative school designed around flexible learning environments that support students’ emotional well-being alongside academic achievement, a goal informed by both personal experience and professional insight into the intersection of education and social work.
