Before assuming her current position, Ms. Nielsen was the director of global supply chain at Parsons Xtreme Golf. During her tenure in this role, she redefined the company’s manufacturing and fulfillment capabilities by digitizing operational processes to provide full visibility across the supply chain. Her leadership ensured continuity in production through the certification of secondary factories capable of manufacturing equipment in the event of disruptions. Raised in Spirit Lake by a family who owned and operated golf courses, she grew up immersed in the sport and won her first tournament as a young child. Although she explored the possibility of becoming a professional golfer, she ultimately chose a path that allowed for broader career flexibility while still keeping her connected to the game. Her early experiences working on courses and attending Professional Golfers Association seminars prepared her for both instructional and operational roles. A colleague later introduced her to Parsons Xtreme Golf, prompting her transition into the corporate side of the industry and launching her trajectory into leadership.
Much of Ms. Nielsen’s professional success stems from her drive to grow, her commitment to learning, and the work ethic instilled by her parents and entrepreneurial grandparents. Outside of her professional responsibilities, she is dedicated to community involvement through organizations such as PGA Hope and Folds of Honor. Her commitment to service extends to her creative interests as well; she frequently crochets amigurumi and donates her handmade creations to Phoenix Children’s Hospital each year. She is also exploring opportunities with her husband, Jeremy, to expand youth access to golf, believing strongly in the importance of introducing the sport to children and women.
