She launched this venture to extend her services to small and mid-sized businesses after a successful corporate tenure marked by transformational leadership.
Ms. Steffeny earned a Bachelor of Arts in communication studies from the University of Northern Iowa, where she focused on journalism, graphic design, marketing and public relations. Her academic foundation positioned her to excel in corporate communications and strategic change. She is also a certified organizational change management practitioner through Prosci Inc. and holds a certification from Writing.io by Heroic LLC. These credentials reflect her ongoing commitment to professional development and her ability to deliver measurable outcomes in dynamic environments.
Before founding Scalable Repeatable Solutions, Ms. Steffeny was the global director of learning and adoption at The Archer-Daniels-Midland Company. In this role, she played a critical part in helping the company transition into a unified global operation. Her efforts focused on building organizational capability, establishing global functions and strengthening internal adoption processes. With a core staff and rotating contract team, she worked alongside executive leadership and the board to implement structural improvements that enhanced productivity and cohesion.
In her previous work, Ms. Steffeny was enterprise learning lead for business transformation, aligning learning initiatives with corporate goals and systems that supported enterprise-wide change. As organizational change management lead, she guided teams through strategic transitions, helping manage risk and ensure operational continuity. These roles expanded her influence across multiple business units and enabled her to shape a consistent approach to organizational learning and development.
Ms. Steffeny began her career at The Archer-Daniels-Midland Company as manager of communications, training and learning development. Over the years, she led projects related to policy creation, adult learning and internal communications. Her advocacy for inclusive work environments led her to become the first nominated president of the ADM Women’s Initiative Network and a founding member of the Women’s Affinity Group. Her efforts helped establish a stronger culture of collaboration and belonging within the organization.
In addition to her professional responsibilities, Ms. Steffeny is active in civic and community organizations. She supports The Imagine Initiative and contributes to her local church. As a certified trainer for the Girl Scouts of the United States of America, she helps shape future leaders through education and mentorship. Her accomplishments have been recognized with several industry honors, including five Gold Medal Recipient awards at the HCM Excellence Awards in Learning and Development presented by the Brandon Hall Group.
As Ms. Steffeny continues to expand Scalable Repeatable Solutions, she is developing training programs designed to support branding, marketing and business growth. She also plans to explore franchise coaching, combining her expertise in leadership development with her entrepreneurial drive to support others on their professional journeys.
