Angela O'Dorisio

Angela M. O’Dorisio has built a career defined by innovation, adaptability and a deep commitment to developing people and organizations. As director of talent management and development at Bluebeam and Nemetschek, she leads enterprise-wide efforts in training, executive coaching, succession planning and leadership development. Her role includes collaborating with senior leaders to identify talent gaps, cultivate internal capabilities and support strategic growth through intentional workforce planning. From onboarding and performance management to internal mobility and leadership summits, she oversees programs that touch every level of the organization. 

Ms. O’Dorisio’s academic foundation includes a Master of Education in counselor education, school counseling and guidance services from Providence College and a Bachelor of Science in philosophy and biology from Regis University. She has further enhanced her expertise with a graduate certificate in human resources from Northeastern University. Her credentials also include the certified executive coach – level 1 designation from the Center for Executive Coaching, Hogan assessments certification, predictive index platform certification and HBDI certification from Herrmann Global, underscoring her commitment to evidence-based talent strategies. 

Ms. O’Dorisio also leads Odorisio Consulting, a private consultancy focused on talent strategy and organizational effectiveness. The firm’s growth has been largely fueled by referrals and enduring professional relationships, a reflection of her reputation for excellence and reliability. Clients seek her expertise to navigate change, align leadership capabilities with organizational goals and design development programs that build resilient, future-ready teams. 

Before joining Bluebeam and Nemetschek, Ms. O’Dorisio was head of talent management and development at Drift, where she guided the evolution of talent strategy during a period of rapid expansion. She previously held leadership roles at VMware, first as organizational development consultant and later as head of talent management, playing a central role in strengthening leadership pipelines and enhancing employee engagement. Earlier in her tenure with VMware Carbon Black, she was director of talent management and development, helping to integrate talent programs during a time of business transformation. 

At PTC, Ms. O’Dorisio contributed significantly to one of the company’s most complex strategic shifts, transforming from an on-premises organization to a modern software as a service (SaaS) enterprise. As senior director of customer success talent management, she led key aspects of this evolution, helping align workforce capabilities with the demands of a contemporary platform model. In her previous role as director of leadership transformation, she worked on change readiness and leadership development strategies to prepare the organization for its next phase of growth. 

In addition to her professional contributions, Ms. O’Dorisio remains committed to civic and community engagement. She has long been involved with organizations that promote equity, access and inclusion. Her work as a culture consultant with Paradigm.org reflects her interest in data-informed inclusion practices, while her volunteer commitments with the Human Rights Campaign and the American Civil Liberties Union highlight her broader values of advocacy and social responsibility. She has also been engaged with Project Access of Dunham County, contributing to its mission of improving access to health and wellness services in underserved communities.
